Alright guys, take it from the resident theme collector. Just so you know, theme counts constitute any theme a wrestler has come out to on his own, and not as part of a stable or tag team. For example, I count the DX and Corporation themes for Triple H since he did actually come out to them on his own. That being said, here's his official theme count...
st - 1995-96 era "snob" theme
nd - Ode To Joy (WWE made version)
rd - First DX theme (used alone on many occasions)
th - Corporation theme (used it shortly after turning on DX, a couple of times)
th - Backlash 1999 theme (hard-rock sounding instrumental)
th - My Time instrumental (used at UK No Mercy PPV in 1999)
th - My Time instrumental #2 (on Wrestlemania 2000 for N64; the differences between this one and the previous one are VERY noticeable)
th - My Time (found on plenty of video games of the era [Smackdown 1 and 2], and for your reference, the Volume 4/Anthology version is a complete fake)
th - Post-"My Time" instrumental, used shortly after it was revealed he was behind Austin's being run down
th - Post-"My Time" instrumental #2, used at Survivor Series 2000 (differences from previous one)
th - "The Game" by Motorhead*
th - "King of Kings" by Motorhead
th - DX 2006 Remix (used solo by both him and Shawn Michaels on many occasions)
th - "The Game"/"King of Kings" mash-up (used from Summerslam 2007 until recently)

Yes, people, I have no life. Thank you very much.
