Vince was probably better, but I actually kind of enjoyed his character before it got overdone. I actually HATED Bischoff, and I still do. Who hangs out with Jason Hervey?

Vince was a better Evil Owner, but Bischoff was a good Raw GM.

Hehe, lovin' the South Park references! First thing that came to my mind, too. And I vote Bischoff, I just plain don't like Vince...

I liked Bischoff better, everytime the WCW guys would beat Hall/Nash for the belts, he'd just strip them and give it back the following night.

McMahon. I don't think he could've played the heel better circa 1999.

Was Randy Orton ever GM? Yes, and he tried to book Eugene and William Regal vs. La Resistance for the world heavyweight championship. Also, I'm glad someone finally came up with "turd sandwich."

Bischoff in my books solely because Bischoff came off as a more daring heel as an employee of Turner versus being the owner. The storyline had so much more depth because "Turner" was able to institute a challenger to Bischoff's authority in JJ Dillon where as realisticly there was no way that if you pissed off McMahon, you should be employed still.
Bischoff's just made more sense as he was drunk of power and thought he was untouchable. Bischoff never got in the ring outside matches with guys like Randy Anderson or the Jay Leno thing. However, McMahon booked himself as a capable contender against guys like Hogan and Austin in matches.
Suspension of disbelief. WCW from 95-98'ish you could still make an argument wrestling was real to a fair amount of people. WWF to now.. no one in their right mind would believe you.
