Treating Vince like crap?
I don't really get it - of all the heels that have spoken to Vince in the past, has there ever been one that gets to talk down to him like that?
I know he's on the verge of a face turn, but even a few months ago when he was a fully fledged heel, Finlay still called him Vince and acted the same way. And Vince takes it, dammit.
Has there ever been any other heels that have gotten away with it?

Vince Loves Finlay, so He probably enjoys pushing him as a tough irish bastard even at his own expense.

Finlay is bad ass. THIS is how you stand up to Vince and look cool. NOT by making dick jokes.

It is odd. Vince must be very, very high on him to actually allow himself to take a backseat. Even for the sake of storytelling.

Well it makes Finlay come off as tough as hell (well tougher) and it might lead into a story where Vince is actually intimidated and scared of Finlay

I dunno, I'm probably the only one who thinks this, but maybe they want to make Finlay the son. As Vince on Monday said something about Finlay being Irish and then pondered about it as it went to commercial. Then again, maybe not.

Maybe it's set up for Seamus O'Shaunessy's debut.

It's one guy a McMahon doesn't have to turn Irish.. he's already there, and that's just too much shamrock for one Billionaire to handle

Vince has nightmares about Finlay shoving him to the floor and then doing the Boogeyman Dance over his fallen body.

yeah vince is scared of finaly and is 'irishly insecure' around him. Vince always claims hes irish, and finlay said it himself where was he Vincent Kennedy McMahon, born? not in ireland.
Vince is Irish as me. as in my family are originally from ireland, but that doenst mean i am

I don't know, I just think it's very amusing when Vince walks in and says "My name is FINLAY, and I LOVE to fight! Heh heh."

That'd be great if they retcon it so Finlay's the son, and Hornswaggle is Finlay's son... somehow... That 1/10th% chance that the paternity test was wrong was only wrong because it showed Vince is the GRANDfather!
