CM Punk, I do like him, but good lord the way people mark for him on here you think he's the second coming of Jesus! Have to agree here. It's not quite as bad as it used to be, though, where about 90% of the posts on page 1 of WWE Current would be about him, and personal offense would be taken by someone or other at anyone who didn't mark for him.

I like all these people, and aren't to up to date with how good the majority of the internet thinks they are, so I dunno.
I think it can't really be Kennedy, since I see mostly hate for him these days. So how is that overrating?

Kennedy I have yet to see his appeal other than a green bay plunge and saying his name with intensity

If you mean Batista, I'd say no as this board for the most part and from other forums I've visited seem to dislike this man greatly.

Wait, is this wrestling ability or the overall package? Because, for as much as I enjoy his promos sometimes, Santino is the topic choice for me. Well to be fair, the only thing that people are raving about Santino over is his promos, and he lives up to every compliment he gets in my books. Nobody ever says he's the greatest in-ring worker ever.

Kennedy is a good, intense ring worker when they let him be. Unfortunately since leaving Smackdown he's just been the human clothesline-taking machine. He's been on a downward spiral throughout most of 2007 and hopefully this Shawn Michaels feud can go back to bringing out the best in him. I'm usually not cruel enough to say that people belong on Smackdown, but Kennedy was obviously better off there.
So I voted Morrison. He's getting better over time, but he's still a mid-carder on any show at best.

Putting Kennedy on this list is kind of ruining the poll. People here have turned a pretty cold shoulder to him. I guess that means he's made it? He doesn't seem to be lighting any fires with the live crowds either. The IWC are opinionated, sometimes too smart for thier own good buncha smarks, but ya know sometimes we don't like something because it's simply not that good, and even the supposed "regular" fans react the same way. Look at Carlito. He gets apathy from the live crowds AND the IWC. We're not always right but sometimes everyone can agree on something just as fans.

The promo he gave on Raw last Monday was the only thing he's done lately that I've even been moderately entertained by.

Punk by a mile, but at least he's ok and could still make it big.
Benjamin (2nd place) is still held in high regard despite he disappointed under every possible aspect.
Kennedy is in 3rd despite a lot of the hype around him has died lately. Maybe some realized he's not that special?
