imdb.com/title/tt1050001/Looks liek he's going to be in a movie about an old "haunted farm" here near Springfield, MO, The Albino Farm. Does this mean we'll get jericho for maybe a year?

Well it says that filming is over. So all he would have to do is appear at the openings and such which are things that Kane, Cena, etc have done whilst still appearing on air...

I don't think a movie about an albino farm is going to take several months to film. That sounds like one of those craptacular Sci-Fi original films that they shoot on a weekend and premiere the following Friday.
Now if Jericho was starring in "Mansquito 2: Electric Boogaloo", then I'd be thinking otherwise.

Yeah, judging by the writer/director team... I don't think Jericho is going to be needed much for it now as it looks far from a big production and more of a "Blockbuster Blender" (a movie you glance past everytime you go into Blockbuster). At the very most, he might miss a Raw.

I think the fact that he's starring in movies called "The Albino Farm" quickly explains why he's back to wrestling full-time. You can rhyme "Ayatollah" slightly with "Rock and Roll" but you can't rhyme it with "Legitimate Acting" or "Stand-up Comedy".
EDIT: Jericho's great, one of my all-time faves. But he's not The Rock, and he's apparently smart enough to realize it while he's young enough to cash in on the wrestling biz.
