Would you like to see a Jeff Hardy-Rey Mysterio IC Title ladder match at Wrestlemania 24.

The only way it would happen is if they're both part of Money In The Bank.

I said no. Not that it wouldn't be a great match, but if Jeff was in an IC title ladder match then that would mean he hadn't been elevated up the card and was just stuck in the same spot he's been at for ages.

But Jeff isn't ever going to get higher than that. There have been a ton of guys a lot better than Jeff Hardy who've never been good enough to step up to the main event. Curt Henning being one, but these guys make world class mid-carders. That's the way it should be, I dislike this eagerness to push everyone to the top. Some guys should remain in the middle and the industry and most of the time the guys themselves benefit because of that.

Not sure how that would work if Rey Mysterio remains on Smackdown.

I don't feel like pushing everyone to the top, but I think the rosters are a lot more watered down now than when someone like Perfect wrestled. Maybe he wouldn't have been in a different era, but in this current climate where they're struggling to find people who connect with the crowd, I think Jeff is good enough to hang around the top of the card.

I've always wanted a Mysterio vs. RVD ladder match but this would be pretty good.

Sounds like a match TNA marks would buy the ppv for.

No because there's Money in the Bank and if there's a ladder match as well it will be ladder overkill

i think the only way we're gonna see this is if its in the MITB... although it would elevate the belt a tad to have the MITB for the IC championship... and hell throw in the US championship and unify em. I hope Hardy is a main eventer by this time but he'll be in the MITB regardless because he's great at those type of matches and they'll need a big spot and he can do that

The only way it would happen is if they're both part of Money In The Bank. I think that would be bad ass in itself if MITB had Both Rey and Hardy

Yea, let's put em in a ladder match and make it the main event. And Unify the World Title with the IC Title. I hope Russo isn't reading this.

I said no because I honestly really don't like Mysterio. I could never see the big deal about him. He's a good wrestler, I guess, but he never caught me as special.

I fear HHH will take care of any main event push Jeff Hardy may get for the near futre.

No, I think they should continue to do the Money in the Bank, despite them screwing up the payoff of the last one. I don't think they should have MITB and another ladder match on the same show. Rey and Hardy are good candidates for MITB though.

I think a match like that would be off the chain, Styles!
Seriously though, Hardy and Mysterio are two of the hottest acts in the business right now and a ladder match would suit the two of them down to the ground.
