I think it would be hard to maintain all of that muscle on their body. They probably have to eat a lot of protein and train a lot. So what do most wrestlers do to maintain their physique? Steroids don't count.

Human Growth Hormones for the richer guys.
Other then that, just lots of working out at random gyms and trying to not eat 17 Wafflehouse Biscut&Gravy specials.

Pretty much every hotel these days has a gym in it now. It wouldn't surprise me at all if WWE's travel department is tasked with getting information on the hotels these guys stay in all the time.

It's VERY hard for a wrestler to maintain their physique while being on the road, even if they are on steriods.

And sex...lots and lots of sex. And you guys are so mad at the WWE for having the Diva Search. The WWE is helping their wrestlers maintain their physiques so the wrestler can entertain you. Thank you Diva Search. Thank you for getting and keeping our wrestlers in shape.

I've seen vids of them going to gyms before shows or on days off.
Even with the 'roids, they still need to work out to be so cut.
Although, what happened to Rob Conway or HHH I couldn't say.

Besides, I'd rather see a wrestler looking healthy than being jakked up because its the "thing" to do. Like Edge for example.
