I need to re-watch the episode as I had a few distractions during it which took me out of the flow of the episode (watched the bbc one broadcast not iplayer at midnight). for me the heel turn was out of nowhere, sure she was a vapid self centred commentary on perennially plugged into social media type but up to the point of exposing the guy saving her and his death she hadn't been shown to be evil. it seemed to me that she realised that those humans were un-salvagable (she couldn't walk without arrows giving her direction.) as a civilisation and knew they wouldn't survive without the bubble/dot technology so went with their racism to ensure they weren't saved by the doctor. I may be over thinking it and any missed hints of evil from lindy, it just seemed like there was more to the cuts to show the doctor/ruby and lindy than the shock/disappointment/anger of the sudden racism from her at the end that seemed to indicate she knew what she was doing and preventing the doctor from saving them all. like I said, the show was interrupted for me so I couldn't focus on the show fully so will have to watch it again when I know I'll get to watch it in peace and could be 100% wrong and missed any intentionally subtle racist hints for lindy in the first 20 or so minutes and she was a piece of shit the entire way through, and I expect any show with RTD at the helm to have a better "this is wrong" message on a subject like racism than what we got in this episode (Ruby was rightly visibly disgusted at it, the doctor was frustrated and angered by it.) as it's usually shown early on in an episode rather than the last five minutes or so and has some way to show it's wrong other than just a reaction from the doctor & companion. Over in the "making of" feature, RTD wondered how long it would take for some viewers to realize she was racist, summarizing it can be deduced within ten or fifteen minutes. It's her interactions with The Doctor specifically that give that away and, with a rewatch, become quite apparent. The idea that the twist comes 'out of nowhere' for some people is the episode's true moment of meta genius I find, and...also, quite frightening to contemplate. Do we still live in a society where things like this are considered left field? How well can we read the room? Questions like that. like I said I didn't get to fully focus on the first twenty or so minutes of the show so missed stuff in that part of the episode, so some stuff came out of no where for me.

No, Kneelift was always Max. You can find posts from 2006 with self-referential references as "Max." I thought I remembered the Kneelift account posting some pics of a woman here in the past, but one of the links is broken now, and likely the others are too, so I can't find proof anymore. Guessing it must have been Max's girlfriend who never actually posted on FAN at all if that's the case. the photos were of landis's girlfriend at the time and for a time it was a shared account that eventually max took over full time.

so it'll be a thirty episode season where twenty five of them will be slow motion? Looking back at the film it hasn't aged well, what with The Persians being portrayed as deformed monsters and The Spartans as champions of Freedom, never mind that the average Spartan have five slaves of their own. But Snyder will get to combine his two favorite things, slow motion and rape. he did understand that the whole thing was supposed to be spartan propaganda which is why the Persian's are portrayed that way, well someone did at least because of the ending.

Damn that Landis stuff is crazy. So what are the chances Vince has one or more accounts here? vince is unlikely to have had an account here. Tony Khan is possible due to him having previous messageboard accounts elsewhere. have any of the companies had employee's post here incognito either for ideas or to gauge reactions to stuff? probably, if you take into account the old connection to wrestlecrap and I'd say the large user base numbers and the fact this place is still going 19/20 years into it's existence they would be stupid to not take advantage of a free resource. as for wrestlers posting here? entirely possible.

That's true.. but also leaves no excuse if they go down. Time for AEW to make some changes and bring Vince Russo in. no thanks, I've seen russo's car crash WWF, russo's car crash WCW, russo's prolonged car crash T.N.A/Impact Wrestling and have absolutely zero interest in seeing him tank A.E.W. with outdated or overused ideas.

How about the Kid Rock concert at WM25 where it really showed how out of touch Vince was and still is? I think everyone is waiting for that to end so they can react to it.

I used to subscribe to a channel called MostAmazingTop10, a site that would put out videos of top ten lists on various supernatural or paranormal or just plain weird topics. I don't really believe most of that stuff, but I find the stories interesting. Plus I really liked their main presenter at the time, Rebecca Felgate. When Rebecca left I decided to stick around, but after awhile the lists just started becoming really repetitive (seriously guys, how man times can you talk about "The Man from Taured"?) which caused me to lose interest in them. I tapped out and unsubscribed when they tried to pass off a joke comment from 2016 Ghostbusters as a legitimate paranormal event. I unsubscribed from that channel for a few reasons. shitty repeated content was part of it (they started doing hours long videos of previous videos poorly spliced together featuring people who had left the channel years ago.), the rapid replacing of presenters where it seemed like they hired and fired people in less than two months but got 7 months worth of videos from them, and the biggest reason was I found out that when they fired presenters their contracts stated that they couldn't work for competitors youtube channels or make "top ten list" content for themselves or anyone else. there has been claims of shitty treatment of presenters while they work at MostAmazingTop10 and it's sister channels.
