If we do indeed get rid of Moreno, I'd love to see the Broncos bring in MJD for a season or two. I know he's not as great as he used to be, but a big, bruising back like him would do very well in our offensive system, I think.

I don't follow all of the pregame ballyhoo, is Prater 100% now? The last I heard he was still sick, but he's been practicing as of late.

Hey, guys.
Have any of you had any success with weight loss supplements? I'm trying my hardest to get down to 200 (from 219 right now), and I was jogging/walking every night for a mile, but I ended up getting shin splints so I haven't walked all week, which obviously makes it hard to lose weight, but I didn't want to make them any worse.
So, I thought that, since I do exercise and I eat a lot less than I use to, a weight loss supplement might help me get over the hump and get down to 200, and then eventually my overall goal of 175. It's just, with so many out there, I have no idea what might be the best with the least terrible side effects, so I thought I'd check and see if you guys have had any success with them.
Arguably the most popular is Hydroxycut so I was thinking about giving that a try, and I know another big one is Lipozene, but stuff I've reada bout that suggests it's just a glorified caffeine pill.
What say you, FAN? Any success with weight loss supplements?

And yet kids can't see to wrap their heads on that. And Nickelodeon seem just as oblivious, too. To be fair kids don't realize it is f***ed up. They see Squidward in misery and laugh cause they are conditioned in the show to know that misfortune for Squidward = very funny. Whereas teens and adults see what goes on and wonder why Squidward has not gone on a killing spree yet. I firmly believe that the last episode of Spongebob, assuming there ever will be such a thing, will either be Squidward killing Spongebob and Patrick or Spongebob going on a massive killing spree.

I've always hated the name "Thrashers", it sounds like an XFL name. Yeah, it kinda does, but I always thought it was cool. Definitely better than some other hockey names; Jets, Canucks, and Ducks come to mind as shitty names, for me. But yet I liked the Mighty Duck name. Go figure. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

With as much attention as we've given to marijuana legalization and gay marriage (two very deserving social issues), mental health has to be the next social issue we focus on. You would think that we'd already care more with the rampant shootings that can be blamed on mental illness, but it's still near taboo in this country and that sucks.
We're a very young country with a lot of progress to make, and this has to be next.

i.imgur.com/lvIIyaC.jpgFrom an episode a couple years ago titled "Are You Happy Now?" I like dark comedy, but this is really damn dark for a Nick show.

I know that it's coming from the National Archives so it's bound to be good video quality, but my God, for being from 1966 that video is incredibly high quality.

Marshawn Lynch just sat down to interview with the media, and Michael Robinson is once again by his side, boss.

I don't hear enough about Adam the Woo here. Dude's awesome, isn't he? I posted one of his videos here a while back, but I'll take any excuse to do so again. He's by far my favorite urban explorer on YouTube, and he just seems like a cool dude.

For me, it's Steve Terreberry and The Motley Misfit. Steve's videos are more humorous in nature, but the dude can flat out play guitar which makes for a hilarious mix.
And for as good as The Motley Misfit is, he doesn't get near enough views, in my opinion. He's a fantastic player and a cool dude if you watch his vlogs.

I think Seattle plays a far less collegesque game than Denver does, to be honest. They have a mobile QB, sure, but somehow they look to be the more traditional team, and their differing philosophies to defense showcase that. Another reason he said the NFC Championship Game reminded him of a college game was because of the recklessness of the play between the two QBs. Between Wilson's wild scrambles and Kaepernick forcing passes, including the one that sealed his fate, I can definitely see how one could get college vibes from the play of Seattle and San Fran. Compared to the AFC Championship Game which was far more traditional and, in comparison, boring to watch, the NFC game did seem very fast and crazy. Neither style is right, and the difference in style is going to make the Super Bowl very, very interesting.

Reading through the main Broncos forum now, and I thought that one fan's feelings on Seattle's game might make for an interesting discussion here.
Basically, the guy said that, after watching the NFC Championship Game replay, Seattle (and San Francisco, as well) plays with attitude; it's a hyped up, college-esque type of attitude that they bring to the table. They play aggressive, energetic football and it works well. Which is fine by itself, but the question was posed that if that kind of play could hinder the Hawks if they go down early and have to play from behind. The fan actually said that their energy reminds him of the Broncos going into Super Bowl XII with a nervous, amped up energy, but I wasn't alive for Super Bowl XII so I couldn't speak about the Broncos attitude going into that one.
What do you guys think; could the mix of inexperience and over the top, balls to the wall energy and attitude actually hurt the Hawks if they go down a few scores to start things off?
