Steven A. Smith was speculated this morning that there was discussions in NBA circles about a trade between the Clippers and Celtics that would involve Blake, Butler, and Bledsoe for Garnett and Pierce. As well as Del Negro getting fired, and Boston letting Rivers out of his contract so he could coach to Clippers.
It sounds so much a fantasy basketball idea I have no idea why he'd even share that on TV.

She gave him a gun when he was 11? Yeah, that caught my attention as well. It's one thing to let a kid use your gun when you go hunting with them, but to give them their own gun considering irresponsible and emotional teenagers tend to be? This isn't a gun control issue, that's an issue of stupidity. |

So who should the Miami Heat root for, Bulls or Nets. The Bulls play a more physically game that bothers them, but they are so injury depleeded, that could be an easy series. Nets. Bulls could steal a game or two (even in their zombie like condition), they exploit Miami's poor rebounding and post presence better than any other team. They won't win the series mind you though. What Brooklyn does well, Miami does alot better, and thus I think they'd sweep the Nets. |

Does Samoa Joe count? Cause I'd so want him to leave TNA and hopefully his friends in WWE could hook him up with a job there. I've always believed that Samoa Joe would deliver the greatest match of Cena's career if they ever worked together again.

So, what do we think about Derrick Rose still sitting out months after he's been cleared to play? I don't mind. I wrote him off for the entire year during 2012 playoffs. I say a year without Rose made his teammates finally learn how to work offensively together without relying on Rose. As a result, next season you'll have Rose 100% mentally and physically (with a chip on his shoulder) and the Bulls a more well-rounded team who know to play well regardless if Rose is on the floor or not. They'll be a bigger threat to Miami next season than they were during the 2011 season. |

Well that two year window for the Clippers to assert their dominance over the Lakers got blown. What are their chances of retaining CP3 in free agency, as I have a feeling a few big teams will want a shot at getting him. Del Negro has to be gone. If the Clippers didn't take the hint of him stinking up the joint in Chicago, they should certainly notice now. |

The dude held the top spot in late night talk show ratings for decades, but NBC still wanted to replace him when he had no intention of retiring? Seriously, the dude is a workaholic and who in addition to the Tonight Show still travels to perform stand-up. I seriously think he won't retire until he physically is unable to which will be a long while (so even if he's sacked for Fallon, don't shocked if he gets another show). I'm not even a fan of the dude (haven't watched his stuff in years), but when you put up a track record that he has versus his competitors/successors would you not also flex your muscle as well? Considering how idiotic the heads NBC are? |
