"Here Without You" by 3 Doors Down, I teared up when it was used an Eddie tribute.
"Watching Over Me" by Iced Earth is the main one though, given that the song was written for a friend who died. It's gained a new meaning for me in the last few months, with a lot of things going on in my family life and me dealing with a lot of bottled up emotions. One of my favourite songs though.
Every time I listen to GNR's "My Michelle" as well, I can't help but get a little cloudy thinking of what might have been.

I also really like Iris.
Whether its Goo Goo Dolls or New Found Glory, it always seems to get to me.
Also the World I know by Collective Soul.

"Hollow Again" by Project 86
"Gimme back my bullets" by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Every time it plays, I shed a tear knowing that some of the best wrestling I've ever seen take place is about to happen.

Ren's Pecs-- Ren & Stimpy.
The lyric "the house is much too quiet now, that I don't hear your voice" is probably the saddest lyric ever, I liked it so much I stole it for some of own shit I write.

Armor for Sleep - My saving grace
"YOURE STILL CHASING HIMMMMMMMMM My saving grace is saving face. Lost on the back burner. Good for, good for you. My saving grace is saving face. I just sit and wait."
Yeah I like that part alot.
Aerosmith- Crazy
I find it to a be a good love song but not mushy. Makes me long for younger years and the hot girls that came with them.

Katatonia - "Brave", "Murder", "Shades of the Emerald Fields", "Deadhouse", "Saw You Drown", "Cold Ways", their amazing cover of "Nightmares by the Sea", "Criminals", "Evidence"... I basically worship that band, in all their incarnations. Swallow the Sun - "Through her Silvery Body", "Out of this Gloomy Light", "The Justice of Suffering" (hey, featuring Jonas Renske of Katatonia), "Fragile", "These Lowlands" My Dying Bride - "For You", "The Cry of Mankind", "For My Fallen Angel", "A Kiss to Remember" (Like Gods of the Sun = best... doom... ever!) Iced Earth - "Watching over me" (reminds me of my dad), "Melancholy", "A Question of Heaven" Demons and Wizards - "Fiddler on the Green" Cold - "Just Got Wicked" (a guilty pleasure) Crowbar - "Planets Collide" Anathema - "Hope" Dark Tranquility - "Terminus (Where Death is Most Alive)" (I swear to god it's about the city I live in)

In no order:
"Crazy Old Soldier" - Johnny Cash and Ray Charles. Just a great song that's been kind of ringing with me lately.
"On the Evening Train" - Johnny Cash. From the last American Recordings album, recorded after the death of June Carter.
"It Takes One to Know Me" - Johnny Cash and June Carter. Because a part of me knows I'll never come close to anything like that.
"The Pilgrim" by Jerry Lee Lewis & Kris Kristofferson. They performed this as a duet on Jerry Lee's "Last Man Standing" album.
"I Would Be Sad" by the Avett Brothers. Damn close to a recent situation of mine.
"Choices" by George Jones. Because I'm afraid of ending up in that same situation.
"Don't Take Me For Granted" by Social Distortion. I get several emotions from this one.

"Dance With the Devil" - Immortal Technique This is probably the most disturbing and deep song I've ever listened to, bar none. A pure masterpiece but it leaves me emotionally drained every single time I listen to it.

There are a lot of songs that make me feel something inside or remind me of people I care for deeply. . .
Interpol/The New Oasis/Don't Look Back In Anger Echo & The Bunnymen/The Killing moon Smashing Pumpkins/Eye Depeche Mode/It's No Good & The Sun & the Rainfall Third Eye Blind/How's It Going To Be NIN/Sanctified (Where I got my user name btw) Bronski Beat/Smalltown Boy Johnny Thunders/You Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory
It doesn't pay to try, All the smart boys know why, It doesn't mean I didn't try, I just never know why. Feel so cold and all alone, Cause baby, you're not at home. And when I'm home Big deal, I'm still alone.
Feel so restless, I am, Beat my head against a pole Try to knock some sense, down in my bones. And even though they don't show, The scars aren't so old And when they go, They let you know
You can't put your arms around a memory You can't put your arms around a memory You can't put your arms around a memory Don't try, don't try
You're just a bastard kid, And you got no name Cause you're living with me, We're one and the same
And even though they dont show, They scars aren't so old And when they go, They let you know
You can't put your arms around a memory You can't put your arms around a memory You can't put your arms around a memory Don't try, don't try
You can't put your arms around a memory You can't put your arms around a memory You can't put your arms around a memory Don't try, don't try
