It says he passed away yesterday and was found at home by one of his sons. RIP to one of the great heel managers, and condolences to his family.

RIP to the man who introduced the U.S. to the Super Black Ninja (aka the Great Muta).

J.R. recently bigged Hart up on one of his blogs stating that he had one of the most creative minds in the history of the business. Sad news. I hope wwe.com mentions this.

I grew up hating Hart, but he was always entertaining. This is awful.

He managed quite a few big names during his career including Abdullah The Butcher, The Missing Link, Kamala, The Great Muta, Terry Funk and a young Cactus Jack. I read that he was 66 years old. RIP Gary Hart. He was a very good heel manager.

Truly one of the best managers in the history of wrestling. I had the pleasure of meeting him last August at the NWA Legends Fanfest convention. My prayers go out to his family and friends!

RIP.
I never saw World Class when I was a kid, but I remember him managing Terry Funk during his feud with Ric Flair. I think this was the late '80s or early '90s.

RIP. I remember going to shows around here, where he would be managing someone and just hating him. He was an amazing manager. JR has a nice entry in his blog at www.jrsbarbq.com/blog

Truly a shame. He was one of the unheralded greats. Rest in peace, Mr. Hart.

R.I.P
I never knew him from his WCCW days, only from the days in the NWA when he'd manage Funk and Great Muta as part of the J-Tex corporation.
