After a ridiculous delay, here's this week's card. The Landmine Deathmatch, Steel Cage Match, and Two Princes match are courtesy of Chainsaw.
WBC Tournament Match, Opening Round: Takeshi Morishima vs. Jushin "Thunder" Liger. - At first it seemed like Liger would waste Morishima, as Morishima got in almost no offense at all. Liger easily slapped Morishima around and made it look easy. Morishima had a brief comeback as he suplexed Liger to the floor, then booted him in the face when he came back into the ring. But Liger shook off Morishima's meager offense and dropped him with a brainbuster, then crushed him with a Liger Bomb, with Morishima getting a rope break. Liger came back immediately with a powerbomb, then leveled Morishima with a running palm thrust for a two-count. Liger continued to destroy Morishima, who was still amazingly resilient against Liger's offense, including an avalanche brainbuster. Liger was angered at Morishima for kicking out of the brainbuster and German suplexed his head right onto the metal support pole and onto the floor. Liger dragged Morishima back into the ring and crushed him with another Liger Bomb, only for Morishima to kick out again. Morishima suddenly busted out a chokeslam, then followed up with the backdrop for a two-count. Liger came back and surprised Morishima with a Magistral cradle, but Morishima kicked out again. Liger then tossed Morishima to the floor. He measured up Morishima and hit a diving plancha to the floor, then followed by smashing his face into the floor with an electric chair drop. Morishima struggled back into the ring and tried to get momentum back with a chokeslam, but Liger countered into an armdrag. Liger then hit a back suplex and followed with a figure four leglock, but Morishima got to the ropes. Liger then shocked the crowd by dropping Morishima on his head with a Tiger suplex. But Morishima bounced right back, assaulting Liger and crushing him with a powerbomb, but Liger kicked out. A second powerbomb provided the same result. Liger came back and dropped Morishima with two powerbombs, but got a bit too greedy. Morishima surprised Liger with a sudden Amaze Impact, and picked up a major comeback win. WINNER: Takeshi Morishima via Amaze Impact at 16:55
Landmine Grudge Match: Scott Hall vs. KENTA. - Not as advertised, since neither man actually found the landmine pads outside of the ring, but a good match nonetheless. Hall started off dominating, trying to wear down KENTA with hard punches to the head and abdominal stretches, but KENTA responded with mid kicks and an armdrag. K goes on the offensive with rapid shin to face kicks, a Camel clutch, and a Falcon Arrow that Hall immediately kicked out of. KENTA hits a double underhook suplex, but Hall falls short of landing in the lightubes in the corner. Both men trade elbow shots, and Hall gains the upper hand again with another head shot. The men end up fighting near one of the corners, and KENTA throws Hall into the lighttubes first! But Hall, bloody as all hell, responds by throwing KENTA into the lights! Both men opened up now. Hall then whips KENTA into the other corner, demolishing the lightubes there too! KENTA bleeding like a stuck pig, but he fights back and hits a powerslam for 1. Hall chokeslams KENTA in response. Pin gets 1. Hall tries to stick and move, and once again sends KENTA into the glass-strewn corner. But KENTA surprises Hall with the Busaiku Kick out of nowhere. KENTA goes on a rampage, combo kicking Hall and hitting another Falcon Arrow for 2. Follows with more kicks and a running soccer kick. Schoolboy gets 2.9. Hall retaliates with another shot to the head and proceeds to waffle KENTA with a piece of table. But Hall makes a mistake and KENTA hits GO 2 SLEEP! 1-2-HALL KICKS OUT! KENTA reverses Hall into the ropes and scores the Busaiku kick again! Pin, Hall just gets his shoulders up! How is Scott Hall doing this? Hall hits a big kick and grabs a chair. Shot to the stomach of KENTA, and Hall hits a Samoan Drop off the ropes. KENTA gets up and hits the KENTA Rush twice, but Hall will not go down. Hall reverses a KENTA suplex into one of his own, and both men are down. Hall nails K with another hard fist, and picks up the chair again. Goes to town on KENTA, with shots to the stomach and back. But KENTA responds with more combo kicks. However, Hall hits a low blow and the Last Call Fallaway Slam. Follows with a big kick and Hall pins KENTA at 13:13. WINNER: Scott Hall via kicking KENTA in the face at 13:13
World Badgerweight Championship Match.
Vader drew a random opponent for his title defense, and it turns out to be...
The innovator of the Fujiwara Armbar, Yoshiari Fujiwara!.
Vader(c) vs. Yoshiari Fujiwara. - Vader began the match by dominating with his power, but Fujiwara slapped on a quick armbar and shifted momentum in his favor. This didn't last long, however, as Vader's power continued to be too much for Fujiwara, who ate a Vader Bomb, but managed to kick out. Fujiwara took another Vader Bomb, but he managed to lock in a triangle choke in the process, then locked in another armbar. After taking yet another Vader Bomb, Fujiwara went back to the submission tactics, locking Vader in a crossface chickenwing. But Vader put a stop to any more Fujiwara comebacks, hitting a chokeslam, a powerslam, and a Vader Bomb in succession for the win. WINNER: Vader via Vader Bomb at 11:51
Steel Cage Match: Shinya Hashimoto vs. Mad Man Pondo. Winner goes to the second round of the WBC Tournament. Mad Man Pondo started out getting a few shots in by raking Shinya's eyes repeatedly. But Pondo didn't do what he does best, and that's utilize the myriad weapons in the cage, and Shinya took him to task with open palm slaps, kicks, judo throws, and running kneelifts in the corner. With Hashimoto following that by throwing sweep kicks and elbows, all Pondo could do was use a few basic moves in defense. An ill-advised slap to the face by Pondo sent Shinya into a rage, as he tossed him into the corner and kneed him in the gut repeatedly. An X arm hold bu Hashimoto was followed with the Fisherman Buster. Pondo had his foot in the ropes, so no pin. This seemed to drive on Shinya, as he hit Pondo with a spinning heel kick, wicked kicks to the midsection, and applied a Triangle Scissors. To Pondo's credit, he didn't quit under this barrage, but that just pushed Hashimoto more. He launched into a flurry of kicks and two running DDTs. Pondo started to make a run, though, with a lariat and a low headbutt, but Shinya cut him off with another Fisherman's Buster. Pondo fought out of it and was able to finally get his hands on some weaponry. Alas, a Shinya midsection kicks disarmed him, as Hashimoto shot Pondo into the corner and followed with a big splash, and then followed with more knees in the opposite corner. Every time Pondo got his hands on plunder, Shinya ducked out of it. Finally, Shinya set up Pondo coming out of the corner, and he finishes him off with a wicked Brainbuster DDT ONTO TWO BATS!! WINNER: Shinya Hashimoto via Brainbuster DDT onto two baseball bats at 11:47
Two Princes Tag Team Championship: Kimono Mutilation(c) vs. Lowkidozan. - Unfortunately, most of the videotape from this match was accidentally cut in editing. But I can tell you that Kimono Mutilation successfully defended the titles when Bryan Danielson made Low Ki submit to a crossface. WINNERS: Kimono Mutilation via crossface at whenever
WBC Tournament Match Opening Round: Jeff Jarrett vs. Lou Thesz. - Both men let their fists and feet do the talking, as Jarrett and Thesz pounded each other with strikes early on. Thesz gained an advantage with a piledriver, then worked over Jarrett with various strikes and holds. Thesz dropped Jarrett with the Original Powerbomb, but Jarrett kicked out, hitting a back suplex and clamping on a sleeper hold. Thesz crushed Jarrett with another powerbomb, but Jarrett kicked out again. Another powerbomb attempt was countered, and Jarrett followed with a backslide which got a rope break. Thesz quickly took over by planting Jarrett with a brainbuster, then hit a piledriver for a two-count. Jarrett's offense wore thin by the end of the match, as Thesz hit a Lou Thesz Press and a brainbuster, then took a moment to breathe before finishing off Jarrett with a piledriver. WINNER: Lou Thesz via piledriver at 16:40
Great Job! Ducky Match.
Antonio Inoki drew a random opponent for this match, and he is...
...Pro Wrestling NOAH's own SUWA.
Antonio Inoki(c) vs. SUWA. - SUWA did a good job of matching up with the legendary Inoki early on, but his success was short-lived as Inoki continuously wore him down with holds. SUWA managed to slip in a TKO, but Inoki shook it off and continued to wear him down. Another TKO didn't faze Inoki, as he quickly came back with a powerbomb and his signature enizuigiri to successfully defend the title. WINNER: Antonio Inoki via enzuigiri at 13:13

The footage for the Two Princes match has been found in the basement of Dusty Rhodes' bunkhouse, and will be posted very soon!

It beats getting Critical'd in 6, that would suck for a tourney match. 'Shima really steps up for the big ones.

I think it's hilarious that Kenta jobbed to a Scott Hall Boot to the face. It was more from the fact that he had been thrown into several tubes of glass, hit with a chair repeatedly, and Fallaway Slammed more than the kick. I still can't figure out how Hall survived the Busaiku kicks and the Go 2 Sleep.

I think Hall will probably be vomiting up his stomach contents for the next few days though. Beer and stomach kicks can't be a good combination long term.

Ki and Kawada start out. Kawada takes the early advantage by throwing elbows, kicks, and an ax kick. Ki retaliates with Mongolian Chop, but gets a back kick from Kawada. Ki tags in Rikidozan. Chops from Rikidozan, followed by multiple shoulderblocks and kicks to the leg. Kawada throws short shin kicks to Riki's face in retaliation, an ax kick, and a kneebreaker, working the head and legs. Rikidozan responds with back hand chops, and Kawada trades back. Kawada gets Rikidozan in a standing stretch, Rikidozan gets out, tries a piledriver, but Kawada reverses and follows with a stretch plum. Rikidozan gets in some short chops, which only made Kawada mad, who responded with a straght punch to the face! Kawada tags in AmDrag to cool down. Double suplex to Rikidozan out of the ring. Rikidozan gets back in after a spell, and judo tosses AmDrag, but Dragon surprises him with a quick capture roll for 1. Rikidozan takes over again. Body slam and kick to the back of the knee, but AmDrag fights out and gets in a Regal Stretch. Armwringer followed by reverse suplex that nearly drops Rikidozan on his head. Rikidozan tags out. Double team, but Danielson fights out of it. Ki with short shin kicks to the face. Drops AmDrag with German suplex, but Dragon counters with Tiger chancery DDT. Another roll by AmDrag gets 1. Both men back up, Ki hits another stepup enzuguri. Ki to the apron and goes for a flying elbow, but AmDrag moves and Ki misses. Ki recovers quick, throws AmDrag into the corner, and hits another cartwheel elbow. Dragon tries a double underhook, but Ki counters into a backdrop. Spinning dropkick from Ki, but he knocks Danielson too close to his corner. Tags in Kawada, who hits a double suplex. Cover by Kawada, but Ki is in ropes. Jumping enzuguri from Ki, pin gets 2. This brings in Rikidozan. Kawada off the ropes, kitchen sink from Rikidozan. Kawada recovers and delivers a sizzling blade kick to Ki while he's seated. Rikidozan back in, Kawada focuses on him, and Low Ki takes advantage with a Tiger Suplex, but Kawada is in the ropes. Kawada recovers and hits a folding powerbomb. Rikidozan breaks it up in time. Kawada gets back up and isolates Ki. Kawada hits a jumping enzuguri, and Ki finally tags out.
Rikidozan comes in, but walks right into a spin kick and is trapped in stretch plum. All men in, Kawada powerbombs Rikidozan, and follows with 2 Straight punches that rocks his opponent. Rikidozan comes back with a running chop and a single leg crab, which AmDrag breaks up. Both men trade shots, but Rikidozan gets in a headlock. Now all 4 men in again, Kawada hits another powerbomb, a back suplex, and a lariat. Rikidozan manages a pinning packdrop, and Danielson breaks it up. Both teams in, and Kawada hits a Dangerous Brainbuster on Rikidozan. AmDrag gets a hold of Rikidozan, but he knocks Dragon off the apron and hits a piledriver on Kawada. Pin broken up by Danielson, which brings in Ki. AmDrag gets Regal Stretch on Rikidozan, while Kawada powerbombs Low Ki. Order restored, but it doesn last long, as Rikidozan gets Kawada in a ground sleeperhold. Broken up by AmDrag, Kawada takes advantage with another enzuguri. 2 Count. Tags in AmDrag, who hits a tombstone, reverse suplex, and Regal Stretch. Ki breaks it up, and Rikidozan hits a runnign chop. AmDrag comes back with European uppercut and a reverse suplex, but Rikidozan chops him down. Pin gets 2.9, and Kawada's tied up by Ki. However, AmDrag hits another tombstone and a rapid clutch pin, which only gets a 2. Kawada still in the ring, hits a backbrain lariat, and Kimona Massacre hits a double back suplex on Rikidozan. He tries to get away, but AmDrag cuts him short of his corner, locks in the King Cobra Hold, and Rikidozan is forced to tap out.
