Right, but in the storyline, he DID fire Austin. Nearly two years after Austin first laid hands on him, though? Under real circumstances, wouldn't Austin have been fired when he first hit Vince? No matter how much money he made, he would've been gone. Well then the same thing could be said about Bret when he pushed Vince down in early 1997.

Why haven't the police blasted Austin dead after all the times he's beaten up Mcmahon?
Or how does Triple H manage to whack his enemy with a sledgehammer and not kill them?
Or why most wrestlers in the 90s had part time jobs(Val Venis,God father,Dumpster Duke,Repo Man,etc.)
Or how did the Undertaker avoid being arrested after he crucified (Ugh.. I mean strap to an object that is NOT meant to be a cross) Austin?

The roster would be empty.

why is it always so hard to pull the object down in a ladder match? An even better question is why does it take so long to do it on Smackdown vs. Raw 2008, when your opponent is beaten and bloody lying in the aisleway?

-If Umaga is such a threat why does he lose most of his matches?
-How is it wrestlers (storywise anyway) arrive at sometimes ten minutes before the show is over?
-Storywise wrestlers do some of the most heinious things to each other in a fued, and I don't care how many matches I won, or times I beat the guy, if someone kidnapped my wife, daughter, or caused a fire that killed my parents or some such I'd hound him til the end of time.
-Why does the time keeper ring the bell repeatedly after a match is over and a beat down has begun? I think the beater knows the match is over already...he doesn't care how many times you rang the bell...
-Also what would happen to Festus if he were involved in a post match brawl and the time keeper kept clanging the bell?
-How come I never seen a female heal claim the fake hair pull, when women wrestlers heal or face commonly use each others hair for a toss across the ring, but male heals (at least they used to) commonly claim phantom face hair pulls?
-Why invite any family member to ringside or back stage...it always turns out bad.
-Why is there items like a sledge hammer, cookie sheets and stop signs regularly under the ring?
-Isn't Finley ultimately responsible for putting Hornswaggle in danger by agreeing to have him pose as Vinces son?
-When a wrestler changes their gimick but not their name like Snitsky are we supposed to believe he has had some weird trauma that caused this unlikely change from toe sucker, to I like pain? Or like wise has Kevin Thorn given up bite clubs do to a root canal or something?
-How the hell do wrestlers get beer trucks, milk trucks and cement mixers past stadium security?
That's all I got for now.

Why haven't the police blasted Austin dead after all the times he's beaten up Mcmahon? Because shooting someone just for hitting someone with their fists is called excessive force. Anyhoo... Why did Dibiase go through the trouble of buying Andre's services as well as the services of the referee when all he had to do is challange Hogan himself then pay off the referee? How does a champ ever lose a title match? Especially if all you have to do is pull the ref into the path of your opponent.

why is it always so hard to pull the object down in a ladder match? Why do they climb the damn ladder so slowly? you have try to wrestle for over 15 minites and them climb over ladders that dont make you fall off. you would not be able to do it and john cena would win.

How do savages get work permits and passports? Here's looking at you, Kamala, Umaga, Bezerker. Replace 'savage' with mad-man and apply to the Ultimate Warrior character. I've always been plagued with questions about Parts Unknown. Is there an Ambassador? Or are they a territory? American Parts unknown? Is bottomless Pit the capitol of Parts unknown? Is it a constitutional monarchy? Herditary? tribal Anarchy? Airport?

Why do they climb the damn ladder so slowly? I don't know if it was just kayfabe but, I remember an interview with Matt and Jeff Hardy where they were asked this and said its because the ladder isn't too stable being on the mat in the ring. If they were to go to fast they could tip the ladder and fall over.

Why in a 4 on 2 cage match when the team with 2 has one guy tied in the ropes wouldn't you just have three guys hold the other guy why the fourth guy walks out the door?

Why do wrestlers do superplexes when they have the exact same landing as their opponent?

Undertaker/Kane saga-Presumably, 'Taker burned down the family domicile killing both his parents and, at least to him, his brother Kane. 'Taker goes through life thinking he's an orphan, takes over the family business complete with family friend Paul Bearer until about 10 years later Bearer decides to bring Kane back for vengence on his brother. Of course in the interim Kane supposedly had a pretty normal upbringing going to school, dating girls, ect. All without 'Taker ever knowing.

How did Kane get away with setting Jim Ross on fire live on national tv without being arrested for attempted murder?

With respect to your second query, in the field of child custody, kidnappings and parental rights, much stranger things have happened than Paul Bearer's raising Kane in secret.

- How come a normal 1-on-1 match can go 10 minutes, but in Survivor Series elimination matches, fresh guys who have been standing on the apron frequently come in and get pinned in less than a minute?
- When Hogan started hulking up, why didn't guys just duck into a corner or roll out of the ring?
- When Curt Hennig announced "NOW YOU'RE GONNA SEE ... A PERFECT-PLEX!" ... why wouldn't the opponent have a counter ready?
- When guys climb the turnbuckles during battle royals, why do other guys sometimes slam them back into the ring?
- Where would you apply, exactly, for a manager's license? And why didn't shameless cheaters like Heenan, Fuji, Jimmy Hart, etc., ever have their licenses revoked?
- Explain the physics of a slingshot into the corner.
- Why did some federations ban throwing guys over the top rope when you could hurt someone just as badly by throwing them out onto their head through the middle ropes?
- Why is it that wrestlers with big-time football backgrounds always use football tackles to knock the crap out of guys, but wrestlers without football backgrounds rarely borrow this idea?
