No, not really. It is still girls wrestling. You are absolutely entitled to your opinion, as long as you know that it is in fact an opinion and not a fact. To say that women's matches cannot be entertaining is simply not true, because some people like me do find them entertaining. The things in wrestling that I like and dislike are just as valid as anyone else's. Absolutely, couldn't agree with you more.

See WWE? Women's matches can be entertaining. No, not really. It is still girls wrestling. Yeah, why would we want to watch attractive females wrestle when we can watch sweaty males wrestle?! I'm totally with you!

My biggest reaction in that match:
"Is that...a chant...in a women's match?!"

My biggest reaction in that match: "Is that...a chant...in a women's match?!" My biggest reaction was "Why can't I train my DVR to just delete the diva match rather than be forced to fast forward?"

I gave my reasons. I don't find women athletic enough to be entertaining. Even in non competitive sports. I would prefer women be used in non-wrestling roles such as managers (for those than can speak) and valets (for those that are just eye candy). Judging by the reaction they get from the majority of the audience, I'm not alone in this assessment.

Yet Impact's best ratings are during women's matches. Which pretty much completely disproves anyone trying to say women's wrestling can't draw.
Gee, maybe WWE crowds don't care becasue the WWE tends to book the division like crap. the fans don't care because the booking and writing staff don't give them a reason to care.

I never thought I'd care about WWE womens wrestling, ever.
...and recently they've proven me wrong.

Have you seen the rest of Impact??? The women's division is the biggest ratings draw in a national wrestling company, no matter how you try to downplay it. It's pure, unarguable proof that mainstream fans can and will care about women's wrestling if it's done well and not treated like an afterthought.

It's pure, unarguable proof that mainstream fans can and will care about women's wrestling if it's done well and not treated like an afterthought. TNA gets WNBA like ratings. Its a niche program that caters to the most hardcore fans. Just like Women's Basketball. Just because the women's part gets higher ratings doesn't make it a draw. Its still an insignifgant portion of the viewing audience watching it. Your casual wrestling fan doesn't know TNA exists. Your casual wrestling fan does not and never will care about serious womens wrestling. Thats why the crowd eats up a pudding match or a lingere pillow fight but sits on their hands during an I Quit Match.

How bout the LPGA US Open? Women's College World Series this weekend, who's your pick?
