2nd Anniversary of the new ECW

Yup it's June 13th, two years since ECW started full-time in Trenton, NJ.
RVD was dual champion, the first match was Sandman vs the Zombie, Kelly's debut and a big Extreme Battle Royal won by Sabu

Must agree with the first part of this statement, and with the second part it's the same for me, as well.

ECW has been good lately. Infact I can't remember the last time I came away from an ECW thinking 'well that sucked'.

I think if people looked past the fact that it's not 'EXTREME!!!!!!!!111!' then they might enjoy it.

I should also mention that I also love watching WWE Vintage collection, it's so good though that it actually makes Raw and Smackdown seem worse than they are (and they are bad)

Wow, already? ECW was a weird thing. It started out lame, then a few shows appeared to try to capture the spirit of old ECW, that ends quick and then it become just another E show and now it still is but they've found a workable formula. The "extremists" are all but gone but a lot of exciting young talent has taken their place and they no longer feel the need to import guys from other shows all the time and are actually finding ways to put guys on the show over on the show. What a novel concept.

I preferred ECW when Heyman was still booking it. When he left WWE, it just became another brand.

The main events were damn good at that time. I liked the Originals vs. Heyman storyline they were doing also, but it went south around the time of the ill-fated D2D PPV.
