Limp Bizkit had their moments, but they really weren't innovators, in my opinion. They had a decent sound sometimes, but they were basically just a product of the late '90s. There wasn't really anything too interesting happening on a Bizkit record.

I still feel that in a few more years they should stop inducting-I don't see anyone worthy of being inducted who got their start in the late 90's on. Oasis is one of the last bands I see going in.

Limp Bizkit in the HOF?
There is only one appropriate 3 word response to this questions.
f***. And. No.

There have most certainly been worse people in the Hall of Fame then them.
Madonna I'm looking directly at your pop/club music ass.

They and Rage Against the Machine I....I....you compared LB and RATM..... I wasn't trying to compare them, I was just saying that both LB and RATM brought rap-metal to the forefront. Hell, I prefer RATM over LB myself. lol

Guys...you know this was a joke thread, right? Also, I've attached a poll now, with a Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends option.

Ha ha ha...no. I wouldn't be surprise if the HOF does it though. Madonna is in but no Carol Kane? Once again I ask why no Carol Kane dammit? Are any of the wrecking crew in?

There wasn't really anything too interesting happening on a Bizkit record. I disagree. Wes Borland did some real interesting stuff with his tunings and riffs, and two hand tapping.

Welp, considering that the Rock & Roll hall of fame means pretty much nothing, and considering albums sold, impact, and being flat out the biggest band in the world at one point, I would say yes, they should go in. I am not a fan of their music, and I think Durst should be beaten for some of his lyrics, but they have achieved a great deal of success with their awful music. I mean, they put the Sex Pistols in.

I have no respect for the Hall Of Fame, and I have no respect for Limp Bizkit.
So they make a good fit.

I liked LB as a teen. But now i can only stand some of there songs. LB has no right to be in any hall...

If KISS (9 years eligible) and Alice Cooper (14 years eligible) aren't in yet, than Limp Bizkit shouldn't be anywhere near it at any time.

Scary thought, but I think you may be right. Here's a link of who is eligible over the next years. No one that really stands out after Smashing Pumpkins in 2015, Pearl Jam in 2016 and Radiohead in 2017: www.futurerockhall.com/year.php?eligible_year=2008I still have hope for Coldplay - if they can find their own sound and not be such a blatant Oasis, Radiohead, and U2 rip-off (they're a pretty good rip-off, though). You have to think Kanye West will get in, and John Legend has all the tools to be a great musician. But maybe it's just too soon to tell.
