Nope, they're not all "sheep", which is an accusation I've read on other forums (about once or twice at the 'Crap).
Granted, there are fans that believe the WWE (or Vince McMahon, but I like to say "WWE") can do no wrong. I believe that what some people fail to realize is that those types of fans exist and have always existed for nearly every promotion, some with a larger amount than the WWF/E's had over time.
If someone says "this isn't such a bad idea", don't automatically assume that they're forcing themselves to enjoy it- because that contributes to the idea that there's a "right" and "wrong" approach to wrestling, and that idea needs to go. More than likely, they may have enjoyed what they saw.
A true "sheep" would be someone who goes off on you for not liking a match/gimmick/story, or acts like an ass. Look for a form of "if you didn't like it, that's fine"- because that shows they're going to give your argument against something a chance.
(BTW, this can be applied to any wrestling company.)

I don't have a problem with WWE defenders at all, because I think we all are to an extent if we're watching the product and enjoying it (unless you're one of those that only comes here to criticise).
What I do have a problem with is people that feel they ALWAYS have to defend it (even in instances when there's no need to because no-one was attacking it) to the point of going against the "evil smarks" and bashing them instead of understanding that not everyone's going to love EVERY SINGLE THING the company do. There are a couple of people like that here, I wont name them.

Have you ever heard my thoughts on Women's Wrestling in the WWE? Million Dollar Mania? I do complain about things that I feel warrant a complaint. Problem is right now I think they are hitting on all cylinders and outside a few hiccups have been for about the past 6 months.

Really unnecessarily so.

Well then, I apologize. (once again, no offense meant by the following comments) All I've ever seen you do is "blindly" defending most of what WWE does. I guess I was wrong. Also, when did QFT change from Quit F***ing Talking to Quoted For Truth? Did I miss the meeting?

it's not that i always feel like WWE has to be defended, it's just that's what a discussion is
that one guy is always mad because people want to say why they like John Cena, not necessarily why the other guy must like him.

I'll straight out say that I'm one of the defenders, as I rarely talk about anything negative here. However, I never and would never single out anyone based on their opinions. I more or less take a shot at the general consensus. Like for example, I pointed out in argument last year that people were praising The Undertaker for allegedly breaking Chris Masters's arm and scolding Hardcore Holly for being too rough with newcomers. Its things like that that separate me from a troiling WWE defender.

I kind of go back and forth. There was a period that I had stopped watching, because it just seemed redundant. Nothing new ever happened. Like four or more years ago. But I've become loyal to the product again, because there have been some entertaining things going on. I don't always agree with everything...but I am enjoying about 70% of what I'm watching. So those are pretty good numbers.

I've had someone on this board accuse me of being a sheep because I said WWE developmental wasn't designed and shouldn't be compared to the old regional promotion days. Don't know how he got that, given that I never said anything about it being good. I found the blind hatred of anything WWE to be far more sheepish myself.

I dont really mind the WWE defenders because they atleast post on the boards since they like the WWE, what i really hate are posters who all they do is bash the WWE no matter what.

Pretty much. It makes things so much mor enjoyable to not complain about them rather then be quick to judge. By that same token, I I don't exactly praise everything they do. I'm not a big fan of Finlay's current use even though I'm probably his biggest fan here. (Remeber the Dancin' Finlay sig?)

The problem is there's plenty of people who don't seem to like anything. Or, there's people who start an argument just for the sake of arguing. THAT NEVER HAPPENS! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT! ;D
