The rumored plan is that Vince Russo is relaunching the Millionaire's Club vs. New Blood feud that bombed in WCW. If that's truly the case, then TNA management should really be asking themselves whether Russo, Jeff Jarrett, and Dutch Mantel have any fresh ideas in them.

The thing is that angle could work if done correctly all the pieces are in place for it.

I wouldn't mind it but, didn't it suck and bomb becasue they made the New Blood heels, when the old guys should have been?

See, I'm not opposed to this like many. IF, and I know that's a big IF, the veterans are willing to go 30/70 or 50/50 AT least on the feuds instead of the freaking 1/99 from the WCW storyline it could work. COULD work. The only reason to do something like this is to make new stars by using the vets. If it's another case of veterans beating down the AJ Styles and Samoa Joes of the world, then this is truly TNA's worst hour.
Oh yeah, and the young guys? They kind of need to be the FACES.

Didn't this already happen with Jarrett and his "guys from up north coming in and taking our spots"?
Though that was less "New vs Old" as "Jarrett trying to avoid losing his belt and trying to get allies for Planet Jarrett". Plus, it gave us "MONEY! POWER!"

I wouldn't mind it but, didn't it suck and bomb becasue they made the New Blood heels, when the old guys should have been? That would've been most difficult considering that those old guys were far more popular than those young guys would ever be. Did anyone actually believe that the fans would cheer Kidman, Palumbo, O'Haire, Stasiak, Jarrett and others over the likes of Hogan, Sting, Flair, DDP and Sid on the premise that they're young?

There was no way that the "old" guys could have been the heels in that storyline. They were all way too popular.

And didn't it already happen before that in 2003 with the S.E.X. vs. NWA feud? So technically, this is the third time TNA has tried a storyline that flopped in WCW... Time to shake up TNA's creative team (& by shake up I mean fire).

Here's another HUGE POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT..... Allegedly, TNA is reportedly interested in possibly having Randy Savage come in for a supposed one-PPV deal in which he will purportedly reveal himself to be Jay Lethal's father, join forces with Sting, turn on Sting, reveal himself to be working for the Powers That Be in a resurgence of the WCW storyline, then announce his retirement from all things Macho, just to get people talking and internet fans proclaiming how bad TNA is. "Possible spoiler alerts"...

So I trust Powell and Prowrestling.NET.

I'm all for it if it puts the young guys over. If not, remember that company called TNA? They had a pretty good run in 2005.

Dear TNA:
Does this not seem like a bad idea to you? If so, you are probably stupid.

The only thing I liked about the storyline in WCW was seeing Bret crack a chair over Hogan's chrome dome. Yes, Hogan, you ARE a bald bastard!

Oh lord... It can work, but just in case; I'm going to have a bottle of Advil ready.
I understand theat Russo and Dutch are accused of this garbage but Jarrett is not THAT stupid to allow this, right?

It can work. I got into it the first couple of weeks when it happened in WCW, but politics killed it. It can work, it just really depends on politics basically.
