here it goes..
WELCOME BACK, JEFF!!! I've seriously missed J-A-Double R-E-Double-T in TNA. Should be fun.
Sure, they'll sell it for a while "OMG! IS IT REALLY HIM?!", but at the end of the day, we'll all be happy when he shows back up.

Mike: Can the minority owner of TNA really be showing up at the Impact Zone, Don?
Don: YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!

If its for a face Jarrett heel Sting feud than I'll pass on the excitement.

If Jeff was really interested in the long term health of TNA as a company he should make this statement
I am a sucky mid card level wrestler and will never wrestle in TNA again for the good of the company, thank you and goodbye forever.

Why exactly would he want to do that? Because you don't like him?

I like JJ, but I got really tired of his heel gimmick. When he returned as a face (for Lockdown 2007) and said it was time to "give back", I enjoyed seeing him in that role. He then put over Robert Roode in a match, which was a sign of "giving back". It looked like Jarrett was working on passing the torch in a final run in the ring. Then he had to leave again, due to personal issues. (RIP Jill)
I hope that, if he returns, he does so as the "giving back" face that does what so many veterans seem to refuse to do in recent years -- pass the torch before he retires.

Double J is only coming back for one reason: To goad Chyna into joining TNA and finishing their bitter rivalry at TNA's new PPV "No Leniency"

There was a reason when Vince took over wcw he gave a speech on Jearrett, GGOONNEE. Final nail in the coffin for me tuning in.

i know he's got his fans, but my personal opinion is that he's lucky his pal russo was booking wcw, or i doubt he ever would have sniffed a main event.

If he really does return, then I will start checking out TNA to see what he is going to do.

He's mediocre in the ring.
I find it hard to see him as anything above a mid-carder. That being said, him being near the top of TNA def makes TNA the #2 promotion.

I didn't care for his Triple H-esque hogging of the World title back in the day, but NO ONE saw the swerve coming that ended Hard Justice. And these days, if a wrestling promotion can actually fool you, it's always a good thing.
Even Cena joining/winning the Royal Rumble was a pleasant surprise IMO. But so far, it hasn't resulted in him winning a World title back, so that's still kind of easy to say. Can TNA keep their surprise pleasant and not shove a mind-numbing title reign down our throats because of it? Only time will tell...

I don't care if Jeff does get a 10 month title reign right off the bat. I'd rather see that than any of the crap currently going on.
