^^^^ Wow, I need to be an Olympic athlete.
On a side note, the U.S. is currently leading in Men's Beach Vollyball 1 set to none and 9-8 in the 2nd set.

Gymnastics Gold coming USA Way...YES Don't bank on it. It's China. If it were the U.S. no investigation would be needed.

Race walking seems like a ridiculous sport: not only do you have to finish the race before anyone else, but you have judges hiding in the bushes making sure that you don't lift your feet improperly. And did anyone else notice that there is an awful lot of vomiting involved in this sport?

Like I said, nothing was done about it. The entire world knows that these girls are too young yet they let it slide. I love the "investigation": FIG(gymnastics governing body): Mr. & Mrs. He, how old is your daughter? Mr. He: Get off of my property! FIG: Yes, sir. Sorry to have bothered you. FIG to IOC: After an extensive investigation we were unable to find any evidence contradicing what the honest and straight forward Chinese gubment has already given us. Now, had there been any question of, say, Shawn Johnson's age, she would have been shipped to some remote scientific outpost near Geneva where they woul dhave conducted a batter of tests right down to her pubic hair to determing her age.

Shaping up to be a good game between USA and Argentina. The worry for Argentina, as with any team who has to cut through a large deficit, is that you use so much energy just to get that far, will they have enough. USA is relying so heavily in there weakness.

I'm a bit late in saying this but the Madison cycling was the most strangely entertaining event I've ever seen, it was like Russo invented a sport. It made no sense, you couldn't tell who was winning and it even contained tag teams. According to wikipedia these are the rules. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madison_(cycling) * Teams shall be of two or three riders wearing the same colours and number. * There must be one rider of each team in the race at all times. * Riders may relieve each other at any time during the race. * Changing shall take place below the stayers line and as near to the inside edge of the track as practicable. * Relieved riders must take up a position outside the stayers line as soon as it is safe and practicable. * Changing shall be by one rider drawing level with the other and touching to denote relief. * The touch may be a push or handsling. * The winners of the race shall be the team which gains the most laps on the other teams. * If two or more teams are on the same lap, the result shall be determined by the team which has won the most sprint points during the race. * Should there be an equality of laps and points, the winners shall be the best placed team in the final sprint. * The race shall end when the leading team has completed the distance. * Lapped riders need not fulfil lost laps, and shall be placed as so many laps behind the winners. * At pre-determined times during the race there will be sprints for points, with the first four teams over the line gaining 5, 3, 2 and 1 points respectively. * A whistle shall be blown to indicate one lap to go before a sprint. * A bell will be rung at the start of the last lap. * Teams that rejoin the field, after gaining or losing laps, shall be eligible for sprint points. * Should one member of a team suffer a puncture or mishap, he will be allowed to rejoin the race. However, his partner should rejoin the race within two laps being covered by the field from the point at which the incident occurred. The Chief Commissaire will pair the rider in the race with another team which is at the same relative position in the race. The rider will ride 'in and out' with the nominated member of the other team until his partner rejoins the race. * Any team retiring from the race shall inform the Chief Commissaire immediately. * Teams may be disciplined by losing points, losing laps or disqualification. * The Chief Commissaire may neutralise a race should it be considered necessary to do so, as in the case of a crash involving several teams or the track becoming unsafe or impracticable for use. * The Chief Commissaire may terminate a race before the full distance should it be considered essential to do so. * The Chief Commissaire may withdraw teams who fall too many laps behind or who, in his opinion, may constitute a danger to other riders.

USA is relying so heavily in there weakness. Well, it's the U.S. vs Spain for the gold and we all know how meeting #1 turned out as we just beat Argentina 101-81. And congrats to Clay for winning the decathlon. Jamaica might have the worlds fastest man but we have the world's greatest athlete.

If not, USA have made themselves look like a bunch of morons throughout this whole process. Let's put it like this. If she wasn't underage, then why is China keeping all of her records under lock and key and keeps dodging giving a definitive answer? I know why, because they know she's underage. Hell, even a member who was on their team in an earlier Olympics admitted that she was 14 when she competed.

Or Someone like Bella Karoli who has spent his entire adult life with Romanian and American Gymnasts knows that she is underaged.
