Just finished reading PS, I Scored the Bridesmaids by Ross O'Carroll-Kelly (Paul Howard) the other night. I've now started the follow up book The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightdress. After that I plan to read Should Have Got Off at Sydney Parade, Ross O'Carroll-Kelly's Guide to (South) Dublin: How To Get By On, Like, €10,000 A Day & This Champagne Mojito Is The Last Thing I Own, all books in the same series.
Prior to PS, I Scored the Bridesmaids, I read the first three Ross O'Carroll-Kelly books, The Miseducation Years, The Teenage Dirtbag Years & The Orange Mocha-Chip Frappuccino Years. All hilarious books.

Dark Force Rising by Timothy Zahn. I've had the Thrawn trilogy books for two years, finally on the last one. Three cheers for motivation!

I've been reading a Star Wars series called "the Last of the Jedi". It is a series written for a younger audience but I'm finding it more enjoyable then some other Star Wars books I've read. Not too much detail, it gets straight to the point. It would actually make a decent movie.
For anyone wondering, it takes place about a year after Revenge of the Sith and stars a former-Jedi padwan named Feris Olin who is recruted by Obi-Wan Kenobi to try find any other Jedi that may have survived Order 66.

My friend let me borrow Diary by Chuck Palahniuk, since it was the only work of his I haven't read. I liked it, but thought it really, really dragged and a lot of it was just too out there to be believable in the down-to-earth surrounding of the whole story. It's worth a read if you're a Chuck Palahniuk fan, but it's not his best by any means, in my opinion.
I let her borrow A Scanner Darkly. She's really digging it, and it's one of my favorites.
Before that, I read the last Y: The Last Man trade and have never been so disappointed by an ending to a graphic novel ever. It was such a cluster and too much crap was thrown in that it might as well have just been a picture book. I loved the series up until here, so it's a real shame.

I really liked Diary, but I can see why it can be considered not his best. I mean, it wasn't as shocking or outrageous as Palahniuk's other works. I also liked the last Y: The Last Man trade. I didn't really see it as a cluster, but to each his own.
