Say Vince McMahon gave Hunter the power to put over or not certain guys. In other words, Hunter decides if he is going to do the job. No gimmick match, no sheninagins, no roll-up flukey wins, clean pin centre of the ring via finisher with big build for said match.
1. Jeff Hardy 2. The Brian Kendrick 3. William Regal 4. Chris Jericho 5. Vladimir Kozlov 6. CM Punk 7) The Great Khali (in America and in India) 8) Shelton Benjamin 9) Evan Bourne 10) The Miz 11) A returning Randy Savage
Who do you think he's willing to go out of his way to lay down for out of these guys?

1. The Brian Kendrick No, not right now anyways. If he did lose to Kendrik, it would be shenanigans
2. William Regal No, only because if he lost = power of the punch (which if you count that as his finisher, then I guess it counts)
3. Chris Jericho Yes, all the way. Codebreaker = Win
4. Vladimir Kozlov Never, In a million years
5. CM Punk Yes all the way, there might be some doubts, but I can see this...followed by a rematch in which CM gets his longdue pedigree

Honestly? Punk, with an outside possibility for Jeff. That's it on that list. Much of his future earnings are going to be based on having major stars established after he retires.

Punk, yes Jericho, yes J. Hardy, yes if he wasn't a f*** up Regal, same as Hardy
The others I'd have to say no as of right now, but could change.

All of them.
WWE uses HHH to build main event stars though, and for him to be able to be credible enough to build main event stars, he has to beat midcarders. If, however, WWE decided on a list of guys (like the one above) that they wanted to be in the main event by beating a main eventer, and HHH was given power to decide which guys he would loose to, he'd loose to all of them.

With proper build-up, any of them, if HHH thought there was money to be made from it. But right now, if they asked him today, out of the blue? Jeff is the only one who has the position/proximity to HHH to do it. Punk and Jericho would both need build-up after either they or Hunter double-up shows, Kozlov doesn't have enough credibility with most crowds yet, and Kendrick has been getting shuffled down the card a little the past few weeks.

Hardy yes but in a few months as Hardy makes money. Everyone else if they got to a level where they were making a lot of money, were incredibly over and will be a bona fide main eventer and stay there then yes he will. In the end of the day HHH is used to firmly establish upper midcarders as main eventers.

Thankyou for mentioning this, he's not like most top tier wrestlers as sometimes loosing it's going to benefit him in the long run. With the right build up the only person on that list he wouldn't job to is Kendrick imo, at least within the next six months.

Hunter would lay down for anyone who could draw money.
Whether or not he is or was an egomaniac, he's not that stupid. He knows he'll be running the company in another 10-20 years. New stars need to be made, in order to sell new merchandise and new PPV tickets, for him to stay on the gravy train.

I'll add more guys on the list. Every wrestler has different situations and factors involved in each of them and all are interesting cases.
7) The Great Khali (in America and in India) 8) Shelton Benjamin 9) Evan Bourne 10) The Miz 11) A returning Randy Savage

Of course not. He's the most conceited egotistical wrestler ever. Not once has he ever put anyone over without getting the return tenfold. He's destroying this business and basically the driving force behind a ratings decline. Triple H truely is teh buriez.
