Dear Fist-
You know that Owen Hart guy you got into last year? Watch every match of his you can. Don't miss one. You'll thank me later.
Don't let your parents make you play basketball. It'll become one of your dad's many projects where it's more about him coaching than anything else.
Learn about nutrition yourself. Your parents are idiots in that regard and can't do a damn thing for you.
You know you want to wrestle. Start working at it now. Get healthy, eat right, and search for a wrestling team at a Y or other club. By the time you start, it'll probably be too late.
When you're 13, you make the right decision about religion. Take the next step and don't waste your freshman year in catholic school. You'll get depressed, eat to compensate, and balloon up to a 46 waist.
When you're a sophomore, there will be a pair of freshmen girls that you will click with. Be proactive and give it a shot then. Even if it doesn't work out, you'll need those skills later in life. They really are amazing.
Take a shot at the guy you want to take a shot at. He deserves it, and it'll be worth it.
Go to those independent wrestling shows with guys you've never heard of. There will be a tag match with guys called the Chick Magnets. One of those guys will be huge beyond belief in about 8 years.
Don't drink. Ever. Waste of money, health, and life. It will hurt you.
Work harder over the summers and save your money. You'll need a car for what you want to do.

dear mini me
how're things now that your ten?
ya know that girl you have a crush on? yeah... tell her now. she likes you now. do it before its too late. if you don't then prepare to lose her forever. try being a soccer goalie. you kick ass, you just don't know it yet. try it now and hone your skills. in grade 6 you will be turned down... multiple times. don't let it get to you keep getting back on that horse spend as much time as you can with grandpa. he is the greatest man i know. learn from him before all you can learn from are memories. try not to be such an ass in junior high. people tend to hate asses. oh and never say weird satanic stuff, it'll ruin your rep for years. in grade 9 a girl will like you. you will be friends with tons of her friends including the girl you like and they will all pressure you into dating her. do not. it doesn't end well. in grade 10 you will date that girl you liked. don't be stupid. she will teach you a lot of things. some amazing... some horrible. it will be a roller coaster ride. be prepared for a great year and a horrible year at the same time. stand up for yourself. don't let her push you around
