Of course you hate it.
Ziggler failed.

Of course you hate it. Ziggler failed. You know the thing is, I saw that coming when he walked towards Kane. But then they had Santino come out after him and do the same thing.

I don't see how Khali being taken out early is a bad thing.

I popped for Khali being eliminated first.
How was RVD's entry ruined? It was a huge suprise for me.

How was RVD's surprise ruined? Did the announcers say something? I was at the show, so I'm honestly asking. Me and everyone in the audience around me were genuinely surprised to see RVD.
Oh and for what it's worth, after tonight I am officially on board with Ziggler. His introducing himself and getting eliminated was probably the comedy highlight of the night for me!

^ Same here.... The only way it can be ruined is if you CHOOSE to check the spoliers which I do not before the show. I hate it when people bitch about the product not being good and not suprising them anymore, all the while they are checking spoliers. IF YOU WANT TO BE SURPRISED DON'T READ THE DAMN SPOLIERS BEFORE THE SHOW. If you take my advice, maybe you would start to actually enjoy watching wrestling like I do.

I thought he was returning on SmackDown. He could have returned here but I wasn't really bothered by it.
I'm glad they didn't. I'd hate to see them break up at all.
...Only because I really don't like JTG
Noticed it but didn't care... I mean it's Chavo.
Unrealistic, and Rey does annoy me but it didn't ruin the match for me.
Santino easily made up for anything like this.
Didn't really care.
Didn't really care.
It may be weird. But it puts over the Legacy stable.
He was confirmed to not be in it.
That's not really WWE's fault now. I'm pretty sure the thread had "Spoiler" in the title.
Well it had to happen sometime. At least he looked awesome after it was all said and done.
They both made me laugh, that's all I could really ask of them.
It's not like this is the first time it happened.

Yeah the thing is, I usually stay away from the spoilers, but I was on this other forum and some guy just started spamming how RVD would be there in every thread.

Only thing that was kinda odd was that it was a bit short, I don't know if any of the other recent ones only went to 45 mins or so. But it was entertaining, so I can't complain too much.

Enjoyed the Rumble match and some of the things that happened before it. Definitely I would say thumbs up, but not way up.

RVD was only ruined if you were spoiled.
Santino and Ziggler were comedic eliminations. We always have those.
Chavo was injured in the Edge/Hardy match. He probably wasn't in a condition to work the match, and they put in Hacksaw as a replacement.
Morrison actually got a lot whole of offense on HHH throughout the match, and he lasted a pretty good amount of time. I'm more happy they didn't go the generic way of having Miz eliminate Morrison. Maybe they know now they shouldn't break these two up.
Khali being eliminated first was a good thing. We don't need so many big guys in the ring and clogging up space for people to move.
Rhodes and Ted being in the Final 4 is no big deal. Does anyone, off hand, remember the Final 4 of...let's say...the 2005 Rumble? No, most people have no idea who the Final 4 were. Why? Because it really doesn't matter except who the winner was and sometimes the final person eliminated. I remember Benoit eliminating Big Show, but I have no idea who got eliminated before that.

Ziggler and Santino were used the way they should be. Rather Miz & Morrison don't break up. Chavo, meh. MVP looked strong and was over as a face, no need for him to be a joke. Rey is popular and should not be "a quick elimination". Rhodes & Dibiase need to be in the final four or the story of the Rumble is nonexistant. We knew HBK wouldn't be there, disappointing, but you had plenty of time to get over it. Uhh did you want Kane to WIN? I didn't. Khali, they had enough big guys in there for a long while. He made Kozlov look good until HHH came along. Don't read threads with "Royal Rumble spoilers" in the title, RVD problem solved. Would have been better off with neither instead of "JTG and not Shad" but "Shad and not JTG" would be the worst option. Didn't Carlito and Morrison fight quite a bit early on? Not sure why you would HAVE to see this, anyway.
So. Yeah, Umaga not being there was a bummer, as was Zeke not being allowed ringside (though they did already do that spot months ago).

RVD being spoiled? Whatchu talking about, Ziggler? That was awesome. Undoubtedly, the best moment of the night. Just seeing RVD appear was fantastic! (I was in a BW3s and the music didn't click in my head for a moment, so I thought it might be a Dudley)
The Rumble ending kind of sucked, yeah, but hey, at least there were lots of highlights. -Rhodes vs. Rhodes -Khali getting kicked out -Santino's elimination -Finlay doing well -Undertaker kicking Hornswoggle away with his foot -Jericho's hammy reaction
There were a bunch of others, too!

-No Umaga return: So, they have other plans for them. Not a huge deal. Or maybe he's not 100% yet, who knows.
-Miz & Morrison becoming elimination fodder for HHH instead of continuing their break-up storyline: There's a break-up storyline? And even if there was, they could do a "I wouldn't have been eliminated if not for you" angle, or something like that. And even if they didn't do THAT, it's not like they can make everyone's storylines work in one match.
-JTG and not Shad: Shad would have just been another guy you know is getting eliminated anyway.
-No Chavo in the match despite being confirmed: A slight mess-up on thier part, but again, you know Chavo's not winning the thing.
-Rey having another marathon in the match instead of being a quick elimination: Damn them for attempting to make him look strong!
-MVP not getting a funny elimination: Again, damn them for making him look like a serious wrestler!
-No Miz & Morrison vs Carlito interaction: Now granted I haven't watched SD in a little while, but...wha?
-TBK not being caught by Zeke: Small thing.
-Rhodes and Dibiase in the Final 4: Yeah, I would have booked it differently as well, but I can see why they did it.
-No HBK: He's got a storyline with JBL, unless you're going to make it a triple threat for the belt at WM, why put him in it?
-RVD's surprise being ruined: No one forced you to read spoilers. If they mentioned it during the show, I missed it.
-Kane being awesome only to be eliminated: He had a strong outing. No shame in lasting as long as he did and kicking as much ass as he did.
-Ziggler and Santino both being horribly used: Ziggler isn't really over enough to last a long time, and Santino is a comedy character and was used as such. Everyone got a kick out of Santino being the winner of the Bushwhacker Luke award this year.
-Khali was the first elimination...come on: Was he? Huh. Maybe could have lasted a bit longer, but it got Kozlov over as a monster. So, mission accomplished.

I'm glad I ordered it but I was disappointed in the rumble match.
MVP or RVD should have won it. Orton gains nothing from winning this at all and he's already in a big storyline.

MVP winning it would've been....well...kinda dumb since he hasn't done anything worthwhile in months.
RVD I believe was a special appearance.

I may be the only one that doesn't think Miz and Morrison were "buried" tonight. Morrison actually had a very decent run, and got to hit a lot of his signature moves, and while Miz wasn't in for the longest time, he hit a decent amount of offense, and both guys did their moves on bigger name guys(HHH, Orton, Jericho, etc). And technically, Morrison eliminated The Miz by running in him
