#253-247* Hiei from Yu Yu HakushoSeiyu/VA: Nobuyuki Hiyama; Chuck Huber (English anime), Kiri Thornton (English, first movie), and James Stanley (English, second movie) During Yusuke Urameshi's first mission as a Spirit Detective, he had met Hiei, one of three people who had stolen dangerous weapons from the Spirit World. The two would battle each other, with Hiei being defeated by Yusuke after some help from one of the stolen weapons. Later on he would join Yusuke in his missions as punishment along with Yoko Kurama, who was another thief involved in the first case. Hiei is a hybrid fire and ice y¨kai. He has some pyrokinetic and cryokinetic powers, which grant him amazing resistance to extreme temperatures as well as limited immunity against fire and ice-based attacks. Besides being a master swordsman, Hiei is also lightning fast, able to move much faster than human, and sometimes demon, eyes can follow. He is a master of the Kokuryuuha, or Dragon of the Darkness Flame, which he tamed and summons from the Demon Realm, using his right arm as a sacrifice, and which he later consumes to be able to call upon its power. He possesses an implanted third eye in the middle of his forehead, called a Jagan (аÑÛ, literally Evil Eye; which is the term used in the English-language manga and Poltergeist Report dub when referring to it). Said implant amplifies all his natural powers, and enables him to summon both the hell-fires of his homeland, Makai (ħ½ç Demon Realm) and the tamer, but still dangerous, fires of Ningenkai (Human Realm). At the same time, it grants him several near psychic abilities, such as: hypnosis, telepathy, and remote viewing powers. It is hidden behind a special sutra inscribed strip of cloth he uses as a bandana. Hiei has a twin sister, named Yukina, who had been searching for him many years after he had been discarded by the village he was born into when he was young. Despite knowing who she is, Hiei keeps quiet about his identity to her mostly due to an oath he swore when he received the Jagan. :::::::::::::::Hiei versus Zeru/Hiei uses the Kokuryuuha for the first time. #253-247* Nana Osaki, from NanaSeiyu/VA: Romi Paku Nana O. was born March 5, 1981 in Meguro, Tokyo. She is the illegitimate daughter of Misuzu Ozaki, who left Nana in the care of her grandmother when she was four years old. Nana has not seen her mother since, and has thus forgotten what she looks like. Nana's grandmother, Miyuki, was very strict, and forbade her from wearing the colors pink and red because she did not want Nana O. to "tempt" men and become like her mother. Nana O., however, had a rebellious streak. In high school, she was friendless until she met Nobuo Terashima, who introduced her to punk music and bands such as The Sex Pistols. She was falsely accused of prostitution and was expelled when she didn't deny the charges. Nana O. soon regretted her decision; she believes that the accusations led to her grandmother's fatal illness. However, as a present to herself, Nana bought her first red dress. Nana O. wore the red dress to a punk concert with Nobu, where she first laid eyes on Ren Honjo. Nana was instantly captivated by him, and accepted Ren's offer when he asked her to join the band he was starting with Nobu and their friend Yasu. As the lead singer of the band Black Stones (Blast, for short), Nana gained a rabid following of fans in her hometown. She developed a typically "cool" appearance, wearing the punk fashions of Vivienne Westwood and getting a lotus tattoo on her arm. She also moved in with Ren, and the two shared an intense romance until Ren told her that he had been offered a big record deal and would be leaving Blast to play with the band Trapnest in Tokyo. Though Ren and Nana still loved each other, they believed that a long distance relationship would be pointless. Nana proudly refused to abandon her own musical career to follow Ren; thus, their relationship ended. Determined to "polish the shards of her dreams" and become a successful musician, Nana moved to Tokyo and re-formed Blast with Nobu, Yasu, and a new bassist, Shin. She also befriended Nana Komatsu, a kind-hearted but scatter-brained girl who, like Nana Osaki, wished to fulfill her dreams in Tokyo. The two Nanas shared an apartment (numbered 707, "Nana" being the Japanese word for seven) and became quite close despite their different personalities and aspirations. Nana gave Nana Komatsu the nickname "Hachi," which was adopted by their mutual friends. Nana also became fiercely protective of Hachi, going so far as to physically threaten Hachi's philandering boyfriend, Shoji. However, Nana is also somewhat possessive of Hachi, and feels jealous when anyone appears to be taking "her" Hachi away. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::~notes:::Ikorosu, Shinso ::She's the most enthusiastic member of the Alien Party. ::First Rasho and has proclaimed himself as the Creator of the New Century. ::Teenage swordsman who almost defeats Battosai in their first fight/showdown. ::Demon swordsman; master of the Kokuryuuha.::When you need to make a quick getaway or have something important and questionable item to be delivered, then hire this courier/driver. ::One of the titular characters of the series; the one who wants to be successful as the lead vocalist in her band.

edit: whoa! the computer messed up big time on the links. sorry about that. edit-edit: if anyone wants to know, the link was the place where I usually search for anime pics. Unfortunately it's not work safe at all. My apologies. #253-247* Bean "Roadbuster" Bandit from Riding BeanSeiyu/VA: Hideyuki Tanaka; J. Patrick Lawlor Bean Bandit, often referred to simply as Bean, is a professional courier, and the driver to call on when you need to make a quick getaway or have a critical delivery of a questionable nature that needs to be made. There are few jobs he will not undertake, but his high price needs to be met. Bean tries in all dealings to be a man of great honor. Once a client has paid his fee will give him or her his all, and when Bean is on the job, his custom-built, bullet-proof, teched-out muscle car is as unstopple as he is. There are two things that Bean won't tolerate from a client. The first are attempts to betray him in any way--short-change him, reneg on deals, lie about the nature of a job, and so on-- and the second are directly endangering or threatening children. Either of these will cause Bean to abandon his client in the worst way possible, or to simply turn on him or her immediately. Generally speaking, however, once Bean is behind the wheel, he will reach the finish line. :::::::::::::::Trailer of Riding Bean. Take this! My love! My anger! And all of my sorrow! Shining Finger!!!#246-242* Domon Kasshu from Mobile Fighter G GundamSeiyu/VA: Tomokazu Seki; Matthew Erickson, Mark Gatha Domon Kasshu is the main character in G Gundam. He represents of Neo-Japan in the 13th Gundam Fight. He has also trained for 10 years with Master Asia, pilot of the winning Gundam in the last Gundam Fight tournament. As a result, Domon is an expert in Kung Fu and has earned his teacher's title "King of Hearts". Not only does this help in battles on foot, but it enhances his abilities in the Gundam Fight. His dual missions begin when he comes home from his training... only to learn that his mother is dead, his brother's missing (along with an experimental Gundam), and as a result his father's cryogenically frozen. His only solution is to represent Neo-Japan in the Gundam Fight tournament. If Domon wins the tournament, he'll have atoned for his father's errors and won his freedom. At the same time, he begins his search for his brother with that burning question: Why? Skill-wise, he's one to look up to. Personality-wise, though, Domon is... a bit of a jerk. He's arrogant and snobbish, tends to bull his way through things (ask George de Sand about the time he and Domon first met), never treats his assistant and childhood acquantance Rain with any degree of respect (at least it seems that way), and generally comes out looking rather boyish. Unlike Mobile Suits, which are controlled traditionally, Mobile Fighters work like giant versions of the pilots themselves: their motions and mental commands monitored by a Mobile Trace system and a "sensor skin" that envelops the fighter during a match. Domon enters the tournament with Neo-Japan's Shining Gundam. It is equipped with head vulcans, machine cannons, and two beam sabers. Its strongest power, however, is in its hands: a power called the Shining Finger. Charged with energy, the Shining Finger can typically punch through many things with ease. The Shining Gundam is influenced by its pilot, though, so it has the potential to become even more powerful. All it will take is the right motivation for Domon and the Shining to go Hyper. :::::::::::::::ERUPTING BURNING FINGER!!!Spoiler Level: ERUPTING BURNING FINGER!!!Speed Racer posted the video already but I'll post it again due to the awesome-ness of it. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::~notes:::"Oha-Lucky!"~ ...and her co-host/assistant. :: Uchuujin-san: "that UFO girl." :: "Normal" high-school student enrolled at an infamous school for delinquents. :: Earned his master's title the "King of Hearts" ERUPTING BURNING FINGER!:: The Third Rasho and the first of the Hokuto Ry¡¦en masters Kenshiro faces in Asura.

Oha-Lucky~! #246-242* Akira Kogami and Minoru Shiraishi from Lucky ¡ù Star/Lucky ChannelSeiyu/VA: Akira Kogami: Ai Nonaka (NDS Video Game and Extra Drama CD), Hiromi Konno (Radio, Anime, PS2 Video Game), Stephanie Sheh (English) Minoru Shiraishi: Minoru Shiraishi (Radio, Anime, PS2 Video Game), Sam Riegel (English) Akira Kogami is a junior high school student, who is also the captain of the Lucky Star informational ad section called "Lucky Channel" in the Comptiq magazine. Akira has short salmon pink hair and has an ahoge towards the right side of her head, and has golden yellow eyes. Her arms are so short that the sleeves of her winter school uniform easily cover her hands. Akira tends to be very energetic, and her chief form of greeting is "Oha-Lucky~!", and frequently ends each episode with "Bye-ni!". Ni, as in the Japanese number two, and can be written as "Bye2", resulting in a shorter and cuter form of Bye-Bye. The cute persona, however, is a cover-up; in reality, whenever she is annoyed or feels that her career or popularity is threatened (usually both by her assistant, Minoru Shiraishi), Akira's bright persona is instantaneously shed to reveal a deep voiced, violent, chain-smoking, selfish-cynic of a burnt out entertainer on the brink of becoming a has-been. However, her talents are undeniable; she has been in the entertainment business since the age of three. She can be quite cruel towards Minoru, both physically and emotionally. She has been known to throw all sorts of objects (such as her overflowing ashtray) into his face, particularly whenever he mentions that a girl in the Lucky Star cast is cute. Akira's disturbing and menacing persona may be a tongue in cheek and satirical look at the insecurities of Japanese idol singers, whose popularity is constantly threatened by the "next cutest thing on the block" Minoru Shiraishi appears in the "Lucky Channel" segment at the end of each Lucky Star episode, but is also a minor recurring character, as a member of Konata Izumi's class. He is the animated version of his voice actor, Minoru Shiraishi, although it is likely that the animated version is only around eighteen years old, due to his being in class 3-B. In one of the early karaoke ending theme sequences, it was revealed that Minoru has a part-time position, working at the karaoke bar Konata and her friends sing at. In the "Lucky Channel" segment, Minoru is Akira Kogami's assistant, who repeatedly gets yelled at (and physically abused) by Akira, if he does or says something not to her liking. Minoru was nicknamed "Sebastian" by Konata one day, because of his likeness to a butler. :::::::::::::::Bye-ni!:::::::::::::::Lucky Channel's first episode! Spoiler Level: LowAh, I always liked the way Akira changed the tone in her voice... Note: Well, I'm half-sure that I'm not posting the full episode since Lucky Channel is just a part of Lucky¡ùStar~ :::::::::::::::~notes:Ahoge: A large lock of hair sticking out from the top of the head, usually seen in manga or anime styled-artwork. example: ahoge on the left side of Konata Izumi's head: PS: Well, If there are a lot of pictures available I'll be sure to post more. Maybe. ::"Oha-Lucky!"~ ...and her co-host/assistant.:: Uchuujin-san: "that UFO girl." :: "Normal" high-school student enrolled at an infamous school for delinquents. :: Earned his master's title the "King of Hearts":: The Third Rasho and the first of the Hokuto Ry¡¦en masters Kenshiro faces in Asura.

#246-242* Dita Liebely from VandreadSeiyu/VA: Yumi Kakazu; Julie Maddalena Dita Liebely is one of the female co-leads that is romantically involved with Hibiki. From the start, she refers to him as "Mr. Alien" ("Uchuujin-san"), while Hibiki refers to her as "UFO Girl". Dita has a bubbly, lively personality that usually shows in almost every aspect of life, even when she is fighting (at first, refers to the enemy as "bad aliens"). She admits to having feelings for Hibiki since she met him (whether or not this was 'love at first sight' is debatable). She has reddish brown hair that grows almost all the way to the floor (approximately below the knee). When her Dread unites with Hibiki's Vanguard, they become the Vandread Dita-type (Blue Wolf), a blue giant mecha that has access to a powerful, dual energy cannon, that acts as a long-range or short-range weapon. She loves cooking for Hibiki and feels satisfied whenever he wolfs down her delicacies. Hibiki quickly becomes a fan of her cooking, perhaps because all the food on the men's planet comes in the form of pills. Strangely enough, while her character is too childish, she received a co-leading rank, just under Jura and Barnett. :::::::::::::::Vandread Dita... at least, half of it. :::::::::::::::Some fanservice. :::::::::::::::More fanservice. Seriously, her breasts weren't that big when I had watched the anime! :::::::::::::::~notes:::"Oha-Lucky!"~ ...and her co-host/assistant. :: Uchuujin-san: "that UFO girl.":: "Normal" high-school student enrolled at an infamous school for delinquents. :: Earned his master's title the "King of Hearts":: The Third Rasho and the first of the Hokuto Ry¡¦en masters Kenshiro faces in Asura.

#246-242* Takashi Kamiyama from Cromartie High SchoolSeiyu/VA: Takahiro Sakurai; Ben Pronsky Japanese live-action movie actor: Takamasa Suga The main character of the series, originally just another above-average student until he decided to enroll at Cromartie. Everyone else at Cromartie assumes that he's the toughest kid in school, since a rabbit would never go into a den of lions (unless it was a really badass rabbit). He has ambitions to change the school for the sake of bettering its student body. In secret, he is an amateur comedian who writes and sends jokes to be heard on special radio stations under the penname of "Honey Boy". In later episodes, he becomes the number one boss in Japan after winning the National Boss Championship, only winning after being the only one to answer the first question correctly. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Cromartie High School OP Spoiler Level: Very LowWell, if I can't find any pics, then I should at least post the opening song. (At the very least the opening has Kamiyama show up several times.) :::::::::::::::~notes:::"Oha-Lucky!"~ ...and her co-host/assistant. :: Uchuujin-san: "that UFO girl." :: "Normal" high-school student enrolled at an infamous school for delinquents. :: Earned his master's title the "King of Hearts":: The Third Rasho and the first of the Hokuto Ry¡¦en masters Kenshiro faces in Asura.
