Also, I LOVE Deita/Dita. The main reason the first ending of Vandread is one of my favorite endings is JUST because of the part where Deita/Dita grabs her firm, perky ass.

#241-238* Frieza/Freeza from Dragon BallSeiyu/VA: Ryusei Nakao; Linda Young Freeza is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama, followed by Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku; a few Dragon Ball Z movies and in Dragon Ball GT. He is one of the most powerful major supervillains introduced throughout the Dragon Ball universe. Freeza is introduced in the series as the powerful galactic overlord on a mission for immortality and conquest, ruler of an empire said to control seventy-nine or more planets. Freeza creates armies from the planets that he conquers, his most utilized race were the Saiyans. Freeza had heard about the legend of the Super Saiyan, a being with unrivaled power, but dismissed it as simple mythology; however, after several Saiyans emerged with rapidly evolving potential, Freeza began to fear that the legend would indeed come true, so as a result, destroyed the Saiyan race. His actions and lust for power eventually bring him into conflict with the heroes of the series when he tries to take possession of the wish-granting Dragon Balls on Planet Namek. Over time, Frieza's power became so great that his body could not comfortably contain it, and a series of physical transformations were developed that limit his actual strength. (While other beings in Dragon Ball Z transform to increase their power, Frieza transforms to control and contain it. His true form is his fourth form , with each of his other transformations meant to restrict his power and conceal it from his enemies. Frieza even says upon transforming to his second state that he has a harder time controlling himself and his power due to the immensity of his current strength.) That would suggest, that he went straight from his final form to his first, while the second and third forms are mere physical augmentations which would allow Frieza to build enough strength to revert to his true form. While changing shape from his "first-form", each alteration builds on the previous. In all, Frieza demonstrated four transformed states, each with increasing power (some larger than others and each resulting in different physical attributes). In his first form, Frieza is a relatively short humanoid, albeit with a large chestnut-shaped skull with two horns that protrude at near 45 degree angles. He also has a tail with a spiked end, which is relatively thick in width, able to crack the ground when slammed, as well as having three talon-like toes. He wears the same upper-body armor and shorts that many of his subordinates (including the Saiyans) are shown to wear, and while traveling, often gives the appearance of weakness by exclusively using his hoverchair for transportation, leaving his henchmen to do his "dirty work". In this form, Frieza appears to be very small in height, which is shown to be true on the rare occasions that he emerges from his hover-chair. His second form is similar in appearance to the first, except much larger, both in height and muscle mass, which can be clearly seen on his chest and stomach areas. Frieza claiming to have at least doubled his power in this state. (Frieza boasts that his fighting strength is "over a million" and he won't be as gentle as he was before) He also grows longer horns, which now instead of protruding sideways from his skull curve sharply upwards into near right angles. His armor cannot contain his form and shatters, leaving him with a new, white natural armor covering his chest and shoulders. In this form, he somewhat resembles his father King Cold. In the English anime, this form is referred to as his true first form, probably because of his father's form. Frieza's third form is again more brutish, with an extremely elongated skull. His facial features contort and change, with his nose melding into his mouth to form a crude beak. His original horns recede and are now white in color, erupting in pairs along the length of his head. He walks and stands with a slight hunch, as if the strain of supporting his head was too much for even Frieza's own body to bear. Frieza states that no-one has ever seen this form before (which leads us to believe that Frieza, even only in his second form, has been more than enough to trample over any fighter he has since come across in the universe). Drastically differing from his previous transformations, in his final form Frieza instead regresses, becoming a short, lizard-like, almost harmless looking creature, his horns and spikes disappear and his physique becomes streamlined. His skin becomes pure, solid white with purple sections on his head, shoulders, forearms, abdomen and shins. This is also his true form. Frieza is a completely evil being that desires nothing less then conquering the entire universe. In addition to that, he relishes in death and destruction, such as showing an enjoyment of Planet Vegeta's destruction. He's also very sadistic and often tries to slowly kill his enemies instead of finishing them quickly. Like all of the other villains in Dragon Ball Z, Frieza has an ego to match his power. Ironically, for all of Frieza's power and arrogance, he sometimes displays a paranoid attitude. He destroyed Planet Vegeta simply because of the growing myth of the existence of a Super Saiyan, though when the idea of one is brought up he utterly denies believing in one. He isn't particularly cunning; his solution to ever problem he faces is brute force or violence. Frieza has a seeming love for laughing wildly. :::::::::::::::Lucky ¡ù Star Freeza~ :::::::::::::::~notes:::Monk who smokes, drinks, plays mahjong, and kills almost every demon in sight with a revolver. ::Dr. Atsuko Chiba's alter-ego used whenever she explores the thoughts of other people. ::Hey, it's a mecha-delinquent! ::Powerful alien being responsible for destroying the Saiyan race.

Speaking of Lucky Star, they just released 6 short OVA episodes *watches Cthulhu run to Youtube* There are three contradictions to your post: 1. I already know Lucky Star has an OVA, therefore you would not have been able to watch me run to YouTube. 2. In fact, I don't watch anime at YouTube. I download the episodes when the fansubs get released. 3. Besides, the fansubs haven't been released yet. I checked. Thus proving that I'm a bit obssessed about certain things.

#241-238* Genjyo Sanzo from SaiyukiSeiyu/VA: Toshihiko Seki (Japanese, original series), Wataru Takagi (Japanese, Requiem OVA); David Matranga (English, original series and Requiem), Lex Lang (English, Reload and Gunlock) Sanzo is one of the four protagonists in the manga and anime series Saiyuki. His name is spelled Genjo Sanzo in the original English anime and the Singapore English manga, while in the North American English manga it is Genjyo Sanzo (the -j$B!&(Bis spelt in hiragana as ji-(yo)-u, with a small yo to indicate a glide rather than separate syllables) and in the Saiyuki Reload anime. He was rescued as a baby from the waters of the Yangtze river by Koumyou Sanzo. The boy was named Kouryuu of the "river flow"; a name he used until he was thirteen. He is generally called "Sanzo" by his traveling companions, although his full title is "The 31st of China, Genjo Sanzo". A brutal, worldly man, he doesn't fit the stereotypical image of the passive cleric. Disregarding basic Buddhist principles, he smokes, drinks, gambles, swears, and generally follows his own path. Sanzo is a cold, rational thinker and somewhat aloof. Arrogant and short tempered, he nonetheless prefers to remain above the melee unless the situation is desperate. He is strongly opinionated, and despite his terse demeanor, he is highly moralistic and quick to defend the weak. His primary weapon is a five-shot Smith and Wesson revolver, known as a "banishing gun", which he wields as an expert marksman and is rarely without in combat. A secondary "weapon" is the holy sutra he carries on his shoulders, the Maten Sutra ("scripture of darkness"). He uses it by chanting an unleashing it in attack called Makai Tenjo where the sutra restrains whatever opponent he's fighting and was even proven strong enough to restrain Goku when his power limiter is removed. Sanzo occasionally is seen fighting in hand-to-hand combat. Sanzo also carries a paper fan which he uses to end the occasional intra-party conflict. Koryuu was promoted to his rank as Sanzo when he was only 13, given the title by his teacher. He left his monastery in which he was raised to search for the Seitan Sutra that was stolen the night his teacher was killed. He carries the scars of his childhood because his teacher was killed trying to protect him. This is karmically ironic, as he is sent on a mission to stop the very people who were responsible for the murder of his master some ten years after that event. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::I had a pretty hard time finding good pictures. I mean, I tried the regular sites I search for pictures, but they're filled with scary not-worksafe images of him. :::::::::::::::~notes:::Monk who smokes, drinks, plays mahjong, and kills almost every demon in sight with a revolver.::Dr. Atsuko Chiba's alter-ego used whenever she explores the thoughts of other people. ::Hey, it's a mecha-delinquent! ::Powerful alien being responsible for destroying the Saiyan race.

#241-238* Atsuko Chiba/Paprika from PaprikaSeiyu/VA: Megumi Hayashibara; Cind Robinson In the near future, a revolutionary new psychotherapy treatment called dream therapy has been invented. A device called the "DC Mini" allows the user to view people's dreams, exploring their unconscious thoughts. The head of the team working on this treatment, Doctor Atsuko Chiba, begins using the machine illegally to help psychiatric patients outside the research facility, using her alter-ego "Paprika", a persona she assumes in the dream world. The movie opens with Paprika counseling Detective Konakawa Toshimi, who is victimized by a recurring dream, the incompleteness of which is a great source of personal anxiety for him. This type of counseling session is not officially sanctioned, so Doctor Atsuko Chiba and her associates must be cautious that word does not leak out to the press regarding the nature of the DC Mini and the existence of Paprika. Unfortunately, before the government can pass a law authorizing the use of the device, three of the prototypes are stolen. Because of their unfinished nature, the DC Minis can allow anyone to enter another person's dreams, giving the culprit an opportunity to cause immeasurable harm to others' psyches. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::It's a more anime-ish style version of Paprike, I guess. :::::::::::::::~notes:::Monk who smokes, drinks, plays mahjong, and kills almost every demon in sight with a revolver. ::Dr. Atsuko Chiba's alter-ego used whenever she explores the thoughts of other people.::Hey, it's a mecha-delinquent! ::Powerful alien being responsible for destroying the Saiyan race.

SsnakeBite, the No1 Frenchman: The ass-kicking, demon-killing, trigger-happy kind of course! :::::::::::::::#241-238* Shinichi Mechazawa from Cromartie High SchoolSeiyu/VA: Norio Wakamoto; Jay Hickman One of the most notorious delinquents of Cromartie. Though it is suspected that he is actually a robot, no one but the main characters seems to notice, including himself. At one point he ends up in a motorcycle accident and is repaired, only to end up combined with his motorcycle into an even stronger motorcycle, complete with missiles and rocket boosters. He has a little brother, identical but one-fifth his size, named Mechazawa Beta, also known as Mini Mechazawa. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Shinichi Mechazawa, a robot? El Clues: Today/Tonight it's a six-way tie at #237-232~
::Junior High School student working part/full-time as a detective of the Spirit World. ::Assassin; codename Balinese. A ladies' man. ::Main character travelling with a talking motocycle. Female. ::Former Thorn Queen of Sonia Road ::The wimp among the Screws. ::Ninja with a very snake-oriented theme.
There are two other characters with the same score, but they're ranked a bit higher due to the fact that they have more votes.
I feel a bit sleepy right now but I'm pretty sure I'm giving the correct clues for the correct characters. Hopefully.

#237-232* Yusuke Urameshi from YuYu HakushoSeiyu/VA: Nozomu Sasaki; Justin Cook Yusuke, who is 14 at the start of the anime, is the toughest pupil in his school, Sarayashiki Junior High School, and is the rival, of Kazuma Kuwabara, the second toughest pupil. He is known to be a stereotypical bad seed; having a spotty attendance record, doing poorly in class, and picking fights with many other students. Additionally, in the manga, he smokes, drinks, and gambles. While skipping school and being berated by his mother, Yusuke loafs around the town. Yusuke entertains a child by making silly faces, but when the kid wanders into the street in front of an oncoming car, Yusuke shoves him out of the way. He is struck by the car, and killed. As a ghost, Yusuke is greeted by an atypical version of the Grim Reaper; a bubbly, cheerful young woman named Botan. She remarks that the members of the underworld, including the Buddha, did not expect Yusuke to selflessly save the child's life. Thus, they have no place for him in the afterlife. She remarks that Yusuke can return to life, but he initially declines. Yusuke's mind changes after he attends his wake, where people he knows pay their condolences to his mother. Atsuko, his mother, is extremely distraught, borderline catatonic, about losing her son. Keiko Yukimura (his classmate and childhood friend) sobs uncontrollably, yelling Yusuke's name. Kuwabara appears, angry and upset that Yusuke died before they could finish their battles. When two of Yusuke's teachers belittle him at the wake, Mr. Takenaka, another teacher, berates them for insulting him. He pays his respects to Atsuko and sobs at Yusuke's passing; only then, Atsuko reacts, collapsing in tears at the mention of Yusuke. Lastly, the child whom Yusuke saved and his mother show up, and when the child asks if he can play again with Yusuke, his mother cries and hugs him. Understanding that he meant more to others than he let on, he decides to come back. Yusuke is given an egg by Koenma, lord of Spirit World, and is told that it will hatch a Spirit Beast, which will help him get back to life. However, he must be a genuinely good person. If he is evil, the beast will devour him. However, a fire starts in Yusuke's home and his body runs the risk of being incinerated. Keiko runs into the fire to protect it, but nearly passes out from the strain, even when Kuwabara tries to help her. In a desperate move, Yusuke sacrifices the egg to save her. Impressed at this selflessness, Koenma allows Yusuke to return to his body without the beast, provided someone who wants him back gives him some life energy through a kiss. Keiko manages to do this, and Yusuke is returned. After returning, Yusuke is surprised to notice a demon inhabiting the body of a street punk. Botan shows up and tells Yusuke that his experience with death allowed him to do these things. He is to become Earth's Spirit Detective, and protect the human race from demons. In exchange for his new lease on life, Yusuke is appointed the Living World's Spirit Detective. Having been a ghost once, Yusuke has become spiritually sensitive, giving him the ability to see intruders to the Living World otherwise invisible to ordinary humans: ghosts and demons and the like. He also now has a special technique that gives him a much more potent weapon than sheer physical force: his Spirit Gun [Rei Gun], a concentrated bolt composed of the sum of his spirit energy. Originally, he's limited to using the technique once a day, but in the course of his cases, he receives special training to further boost his spiritual abilities and give him advanced techniques like the Shotgun (a multi-shot Spirit Gun burst). Also, he receives various devices from the Spirit World to assist in his missions (such as a spyglass and a communicator). :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::~notes:::Junior High School student working part/full-time as a detective of the Spirit World.::Assassin; codename Balinese.
