It'd STILL be piss-break... No matter how you turn it, Women's wrestling in WWE has been little more than a farce, or than a good excuse for showing some plastic skin. Quick, name the most memorable moment in Women's westling in the last 5 years, NOT being Mickie "fingering" Trish. If your toilet breaks last the length of a PPV match, perhaps you need to see a doctor. How bout Trish and Lita main-eventing Raw? (over Evolution, I might add)

to Maryse, McCool, Phoenix and Melina? Two long running fueds that'd had some great matches. You could pick just one match for sure and build it upto Mania for a great 10 minute match and not a damn toilet break. Instead we get a comedy battle royale...meh Or you know since it's the 25th Wrestlemania we might as well pay tribute to those women who paved the way. It's not insulting at all it means a pay day for all the divas.

I'm sure they wont be insulted when they get the paycheck. Lance Storm recently did a commentary where he pointed out just that. He defended the idea by saying that far more divas were going to get a WrestleMania paycheck this year than in any previous year. Usually only two or four get to be in an actual match on the card, and that's it. Paychecks that's worth $200,000 to $1,000,000!!

Considering the fact I will be absolutely, completely and totally SHOCKED if Mae Young doesn't make an appearance, if not win the whole thing, I'd say it's gonna be comedy-based. it's been confirmed that maw young won't be there because creative finds her "too old" to be wrestling So Maw Young is too old? No biggie. We still have Mae Young.

i find it insulting any time they put usa womens wrestling (in its current form) on the biggest and supposedly most prestigious show of the year, all they are is eye candy and i see better eye candy than those cookie cutter blondes every time i walk down the street, also i gotta laugh at the 'it was nothing like this before 5 years ago' comments, please, if you actually watched during the attitude era you would have seen even more t&a and stupid womens comedy than you do now

I see nothing wrong with it. I don't really care for it either way, but it still will be better than the last two years Dias matches.

However we'll get a comedy match with Mae Young spots.

Yeah, it was ripped off from SHIMMER, but it was still awesome. I do take your point, though. All of my really memorable moments in women's wrestling are from SHIMMER.

For all these "women's matches=piss break" thinkers, seriously jump over to Youtube and watch some 90's Joshi (Japanese women's wrestling) if that's your attitude. Those girls outdo even the WWE men.
As for this topic, no it isn't. It's a bit meaningless in the long run but at least it's not a waste of time like all those crap Playboy matches. With the prospect of seeing past Divas, it's probably the most interesting sounding women's match at WM since Mickie/Trish in 06 or Trish/Jazz/Victoria in 03.
