I never read any spoilers. I never saw the leaked version. I went into this movie not knowing what to expect.
I was pretty cool with the movie up until the abomination that is Weapon XI appeared. I RE-SMURFING-FUSE to refer to that monstrosity as Deadpool. I damn near rioted right there in the movie theater. My friend had to cover my mouth to prevent me from possibly being thrown out. Deadpool is my favorite X-Man. Ryan Reynolds is one of my favorite actors. Usually, 2+2 = 4, but not in this movie. 2+2 = Thomas Jefferson, sucka! That's what I got out of this.

I'm going to see it in a few hours. I've been looking forward to this movie for a while and I don't really take movie reviews seriously. I like to judge for myself. In fact, for this movie I haven't read any reviews at all.
This, of course, coming from Mr. X-Men: The Last Stand Defender Guy.

We should start a a "Victims of FOX's Deadpool" Support Group guys. If you start it, I'll join it. A year ago I was really excited for this movie because of Reynolds being cast as Wade Wilson. After everything that's gone down and watching the work print, I just can't bring myself to go see the movie. I caught the after credits scene with "Deadpool" online, and at least it was a glimmer of hope that he'll be coming back in better fashion. I know Ryan Reynolds really wants to do a proper Deadpool film. He did an interview last week with ComingSoon.net where he claimed flat-out that he wants to do a completely faithful Deadpool movie complete with the costume, fourth wall breaking, and the whole nine yards. A really awesome guy.

I must be about the only person who's a big comic book fan, went to see the movie and left thinking only "eh, Deadpool probably could've been better, but I don't really care."
Saying that I defended (and to this day still do defend) The Last Stand.

Is the movie any different than the leaked unfinished version?

Can I join that "Victims of FOX's Deadpool" support group? Or I can just start a "Get Tom Rothman the Snork out of FOX" movement.
I hope Ryan Reynolds plays Deadpool again in his own film, sad thing is, FOX will own it, and thus it will be excretory matter to the nth degree.

We should start a a "Victims of FOX's Deadpool" Support Group guys. I hear ya. I haven't felt that kind of rage since I saw Batman & Robin and saw what they did to Bane. My beer buzz went away and I wanted to scream out "HULK SMASH" and go into a property destroying rage. That being said, it was a decent popcorn movie. And it will be #1 for a week before Star Trek comes out.

I just got back from the cinema! Absolutley loved it. As someone with limited Marvel universe knowledge I wasn't at all bothered by the modifications made to Gambit and Deadpool. I just thought it was a really, really entertaining action film.

And every day I count my blessings that my movie was 99.9% done when FOX sued to get it's claws into it.
Otherwise, we might have seen Rorschach get vaporized at the beginning of the film....only to be replaced by........
WOLVERINE! Doesn't make sense you say? The hell with YOU, says Tom Rothman. It doesn't HAVE to! Kids don't give a damn....they'll buy the Wolverorschach action figures in droves, by GOD! BWAAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA*evil cackle*
