I'm totally with the Miz on the whole "we need new Main Eventers" thing, and while I don't think he's quite there (yet), I do think MVP is.
This was the first real super-face thing I'd seen MVP do, and he looked confident, sounded great, the crowd loved it - and my biggest fear of an Orton win didn't even happen.
We really, REALLY need some new stars in the main event - and I for one would love to see MVP in there.

In about a year. If they can break that glass ceiling into the main event then it'd be great.

Absolutely. I just wish they'd bring back his inflatable tunnel. Seriously.......that thing really added to the character and made him look like a superstar.

He needs a few big victories.
Jeff Hardy of all people broke through, I think MVP can.

He hasn't had a really significant high level feud to me (the one against Matt Hardy bored me to tears in all honesty), whilst he's been good in the roles given I just don't feel he's ready. He needs a serious run against a fellow high level midcarder or against a main eventer...
Hopefully though, I like him, just don't reckon he's ready for a ME push.

he's already the World Champion and is managed by Ryan Braddock.
Oh wait that's an e-fed.

MVP needs the Drive By Kick as his finisher, the Playmaker just won't cut it.

He was pretty over on Monday night, so I would say yes. I was very apprehensive about his face turn, but I have been pleasently surprised.

MVP's feud with Benoit was pretty high profile.

Yes.
I thought he would've been in the main event scene by now.

MVP needs the Drive By Kick as his finisher, the Playmaker just won't cut it. The drive-by kick is just a fricking big boot. He's in desperate need of a real finisher.
