Orton/Batista for the title Edge/Jeff Hardy for the title Cena/Show Punk/Kane for the MiTB briefcase

Edge will lose the title and win it back two minutes later.

Batista/Orton Edge/Punk (think he'll pull an RVD and make the challenge beforehand since it's in Chicago) Unless Cena's taking time off Cena/Show

Orton Vs. Batista Edge Vs. Punk Christian Vs. Swagger
That's all I got. I would go with Cena Vs. Big Show but after that stunt I don't think Cena will be back in 3 weeks.

I think there are only two locks at this point:
WWE Championship Randy Orton(c) vs. Batista
World Heavyweight Championship Edge(c) vs. Chicago's own CM Punk
After that it's up in the air, but those two alone are enough to get me excited for the show.

I'm not even that big of a Punk fan, but holding a ticket to this show I can't tell you how absolutely stoked I am at the potential atomsphere in that building for his World Title match.

I thought there was a chance Punk would go for Edge at this PPV, but with losing to Kane I'm not so sure. It seems like they might build him up further in the mid card before cashing in, either continuing the feud with Kane or starting a new one with Jericho that I proposed before Backlash.
Of course with WWE' short term thinking these days it's not out of the question for them to make a mid carder into a main eventer with just a 3 week build. So they could just have him beat Kane on this week's Smackdown and have him challenge Edge at the end of the show. If that happens I think a lot of people will get their wish with Punk being the first MITB winner to lose the cash in match. I just hope they find a way that doesn't make Punk look completely stupid, which is normally how he ends up losing matches in WWE. That would pretty much bury any chance he has as a future main eventer. Instead he has to be screwed in the most unjust way possible when he was clearly about to win the match in the eyes of the audience, so that they demand he gets another chance.
Personally I'd prefer if he was built up as more of a star and have him cash in around July or August. Punk has a big problem right now as coming across as overrated and undeserving with a lot of fans. They think only gets pushed because of his clean living gimmick that fans are never made to feel passionate about. This needs to be rectified if he's not to end up a just another Shelton Benjamin.

Punk has a big problem right now as coming across as overrated and undeserving with a lot of fans. There really is something to this. It's why I think they have to go with the cash in during a PPV or show in Chicago like JD. At Wrestlemania those people did NOT like Punk during the match. I remember a sizable amount of boos for his win. Last night against Kane it was more of the same. Some areas just want nothing to do with the guy yet. The only guaranteed places for Punk are probably Chicago, Philly, and NY.

Khali vs. Morrison vs. Jericho vs. J. Hardy vs. Rey in a Scramble match to determine the #1 contender to the World Title this Friday on Smackdown.
I would assume the winner will get the match at the PPV, so that means no promoted title match for Punk.

I'm guessing Punk/Kane will continue at JD and Punk will put the briefcase on the line.

My question is, will the Chicago crowd be chanting for Punk during whatever the World Title match will be?
