Any Buffy fans? I'm on the last episode of season 2. So what are your favorite characters, episodes and what not? Gotta say I love them all especially Cordelia. (hubba hubba) She starts off as a stuck up snob but you start to see that she's a really great person and funny. Xander would be the best guy friend. Buffy of course is intoxicating. Also like Spike, Giles, Willow and good Angel. At this point in the series I'm really rooting for Spike oddly. Even if he is evil, you don't let some arrogant pretty boy steal your woman, especially after all he did for her.

Wait till you get closer towards the series end. Then you'll really love Spike.

One of my friends on here is telling me I need to watch this ASAP. I'm getting around to it! From what I've been told, it seems right up my alley.

Wait till you get closer towards the series end. Then you'll really love Spike. I started out liking Spike, but they really made me hate him later on. I also started to hate the character of Buffy. I loved the show, well seasons 1-5. Seasons 6 and 7 sucked, with the exception of a few episodes. As for my favorite episodes, if you're only at season 2, you haven't seen my favorites. And you also haven't seen the best Big Bad, but don't worry he's coming.

Everyone gives season 6 to much shit I think. I love the show, every episode every season. I can't be the only one who enjoyed seeing Andrew, Warren, and Jonathon/Willow as the villains...

I'm in the middle of season 7 right now. I've been watching all the Buffy and Angel DVDs in chronological order for the past two months or so, and I love them both just as much now as I did when they were new. Speaking of season 7, it's a bit frustrating. I feel like the potentials were a good idea, but executed poorly. And Kennedy has to be one of the most annoying characters to ever exist on either show. I just want to slap the smugness out of her. EDIT: I just felt like adding this: "You made a bear! Undo it! UNDO IT!"

My favorite show ever! I watch this series start to finish at least once a year. I love the stories, characters, and its just fun to watch. My favorite season is the 6th one. It was dark and just the most entertaining to me. Spike and Xander are great characters, but I cant say a bad thing about any of them. Except maybe Dawn, she was somewhat whiney sometimes.

The correct answer to awesomeness is season 3's 'The Zeppo'.

i love Buffy...it had me hooked and I am so glad my BFF Matt had the entire series on DVD to watch..i got through all of it in under 4 months and i have to say the adding of "the key" aka her sister was a stupid plot to me, so was the plot of Buffy's new human BF...I hated faith at first but then she was ok LOVED Angel( watched all of the series 2) Xander was so sweet and i wanted the best for him and he got it eventually i think, The Willow saga was awesome! Spike was ..well...i can't describe it and GILES..my FAVE! I love him..its an awesome series all the way through..SEE IT ALL!

Huge fan of both shows. The only stuff I didn't like was the Buffy season with Adam, Reilley, and the Initiative (season 4 I believe), and when Angel started to revolve around Connor.

Huge fan of both shows. The only stuff I didn't like was the Buffy season with Adam, Reilley, and the Initiative (season 4 I believe)... I agree with you there; but surprisingly, of all Buffy's ex-boyfriend's, I'd say that I like Riley the most. Spike is cool but kinda overrated, and Angel (at least in Buffy) is rarely not dour.

It peaked in season 2 and 3, was on shaky ground for 4,5 and 6. Don't get me wrong, season six was awesome, but too depressing, too dark. Seven was trying to do too much in too short a time, and so little of it made sense. So, an endless army of blind men has trouble killing what seems like twenty teenage girls, so they needed a Urak Hai to do the job, which it couldn't? Seriously, the little girl from My Life as a Dark Lord is better Dungeon Master than First Evil, who sounds like a Austin Powers Villian.
Angel, on the other hand, was great. If for nothing else, for implying the world was protected by Luchadores, not teenage girls and stuffy brits. Wee puppet man.

The correct answer to awesomeness is season 3's 'The Zeppo'. I was going to mention that one. Another awesome episode is Hush. It peaked in season 2 and 3, was on shaky ground for 4,5 and 6. One of my favorite shows of all-time. I never really cared for Buffy, especially post-high school graduation, but I love anything Giles, Willow, Xander, Oz, or Faith did.
I'm probably in the minority, but I loved Seasons 6 and 7. The low points of the series were Seasons 4 and 5, although they were both better than most other shows. Plus Season 4 had Hush, the dream episode, and that awesome battle inside the Initiative.

I used to watch it all the time when it came on in the morning. I liked the spin-off series about Angel more, though.
