Entry 14: lol i'll pretend you said 18 (sorry about that, couldn't think of a good title)Last time on LPP4, Dojima lectured us and Nanako asked a dumb question. Nanako is six years old. By that point she should know something about how the weather works, not necessarily that much but she really should know better than to ask questions like this which are usually asked by 3-year-olds, especially since she appears to be quite smart for her age. Then again, this is Inaba we are talking about, and I have this feeling that the educational standards around here leave something to be desired... (at least if Yasogami High is any indication, I don't think that place has a single teacher who isn't totally bats***, so I don't even want to think what kind of people the local elementary school employs) (I actually got Nanako's age wrong, she is SIX years old and not nine. I blame the Megami Tensei Wiki, they had the incorrect age listed when I looked it up... or I just wasn't paying attention. Sorry about that, fixed now)Afterwards, Dojima apologizes for being an ass. The next morning at school, Yosuke wonders how Chie is doing after everything that happened the day before. Chie shows up and seems to be doing fine. That's good, at least. MUST RESIST MAKING ANOTHER JOKE ABOUT VOICE ACTING
Chie: "You two were right there to see my hidden feelings and all... The same thing happened to Yosuke, right? Soooo... what was it like?"I thought we already told Chie everything there is to know about Yosuke's sorry escapades. I guess not. Yosuke, of course, changes the subject immediately. Dammit, leave me out of this! But yeah, it's true that nothing happened, except for that weird dream with all the fog and that ghostly apparition. Certainly, that was less embarrassing than what these two went through. Yosuke: "Hmmm, could that be because you've got nothing to hide?"Funny air, eh? I knew I shouldn't have used the "Furious Gigas" brand cologne this morning... "Hey, I think she likes me! Better answer with something really smooth!" Yeah, this will do. Fortunately for us, they eventually understand it was a joke and we laugh it up. Yes, yes, we'll go today, as soon as this dialog scene ends! Yosuke goes to the bathroom, and Chie thanks us once more for saving her. Hey, no problem. ...He is? And yeah, I think Chie likes us now. Chariot Arcana Social Link GET! Okay, time to ask Chie for her phone number. Asking straight out, because that's how we roll... Oh, COME ON! Then again, this *is* pretty realistic. Eh, I suppose this works. Oh well, time for class! This is Mr. Kondo. Apparently, he is qualified to teach English to high schoolers because he has spent exactly one week of vacation time overseas. What? Of course I wasn't kidding. Time for another ridiculously easy question and a Knowledge bonus for Seta. (The questions that are asked in class are the exact same ones from the Japanese version, so some are pretty hard for us outside Japan to answer correctly without looking them up or guessing, and then there are these world history and English grammar questions which are probably a bit harder for Japanese players to answer correctly)Since Mr. Kondo is mainly the P.E. teacher, he thinks the best way to get students to learn English grammar is to make them repeat the main points after him. Seriously, does this high school employ a single person who is somewhat sane? All right, we can run around school and talk to people! In case you were wondering why the save point is a butterfly, it's a reference to Philemon from the earlier Persona games (Philemon himself, on the other hand, comes from Carl Jung's writings where he was portrayed as a "wise spirit guide in form of an elderly winged man") In the Persona series, Philemon is basically Igor's boss, living in the realm of subconscious, and awakened the Persona abilities of the main characters of Persona and Persona 2 himself, then proceeding to observe their actions. In Persona and Persona 2 he was shown wearing a butterfly mask and often appeared in butterfly form, and here the idea is that Philemon still watches over the protagonist. Persona 3 also featured the blue butterfly which may or may not have given the main character the Wild Card ability. Okay, let's run around and talk to some people because we can. This girl is always hanging around the library (where, by the way, Seta can study to raise his Knowledge stat) because she has a crush on an older student who is always in the library. This is a cute and fun little subplot of no importance whatsoever. It's the Gourmet King from Persona 3! Well, not really, but sure looks like him. This girl asked Seta if there is anyone he'd like to see on the Midnight Channel, because she believes in the whole "it shows your soulmate" crap. I told her no, because two out of the three people shown on the Midnight Channel so far have been killed and the third is still somewhere in the TV world. She just doesn't get it. The town map. We're going to Junes in a bit because that's obviously how we get to the TV world, but first let's pay a visit to Igor. Once more for good measure, this is what Igor and Margaret do. At first we can only fuse two or three Personas, but special fusions become available later. Fusion Forecast, on the other hand, shows what kind of bonuses you can get when fusing particular Personas on certain days. I should pay more attention to it, because it can be very useful. We don't really have any interesting fusions we can do at this point due to Seta's low level. That'll be fixed soon enough, but for now let's just leave the Velvet Room and come back later on. Before heading to Junes, I stop by the Shiroku Store and buy some stuff including a Goho-M. Get it, "go home"? It's an item that allows you to exit a dungeon anytime you like, here it is very useful because your progress in a dungeon is basically saved so that when you use the Goho-M (or Traesto spell), you can continue from that same floor when you come back. This feature (among other P4 upgrades) was later added to Persona 3 Portable, and there was much rejoicing. Let's buy some more TaP Sodas from the vending machine. Then, to Junes! Our plan is to storm the castle and kill everything that isn't human. Any questions? The main hub of the TV world in all its glory. There's a save point (of which there are none in the dungeons, except on the top floor before the main boss fight) and a door to the Velvet Room, and of course the exit back to the real world. Right, let's go save Yukiko! --- Will we find Yukiko? Has she already scored a hot stud? Is there any decent treasure in this castle? Will Teddie's jokes become even lamer? Are we going to fuse new Personas soon? Are there enemies that can actually hurt us? Find out next time on Let's Play Persona 4!

Let's see if I remember: Maybe, just depends on how far you go. She'll score alright... Not really; don't forget to sell back the stuff you get inside there to the Ironworks for better gear. Yes; in fact, there's at least one true bastard in that stage alone that you should be coming across soon.

Entry 15: Princess Yukiko's Crazy Castle 2Before we get to killing monsters again, Teddie gives us another Goho-M. That's nice of him. For a second? Dude, there might have been a second at some point during which you WEREN'T bothering me, so by all means! The dungeon maps, apart from any special floors, are randomly generated and change every day. Teddie says he doesn't sense anyone in this area, so we proceed forward... ...and fight more Hableries and flying fish... ...and find underwhelming treasure. Screw this castle. Vanish Ball is at least somewhat useful, because it allows for an instant escape from battle when necessary (except obviously from boss battles). Send me an Angel Send me an Angel Right now (unfortunately I have to link to this wiki instead of the one I normally use, because that page contains a picture of the original Devil Summoner version of Angel which is not wearing any pants, this page is more family-friendly). I hate it when Shadows appear in spots like that, because it's really hard to get the jump on them and very easy to miss because the camera kinda swings around as you approach. I guess we should take a look at what Chie's Persona can do. Skewer is a physical attack and Tarukaja boosts a party member's strength. So, we get to the area where we fought Shadow Chie previously, and there's... well, yeah. Yeah, that rather familiar blue glow looks especially healthy. As do those yellow eyes and the weird effect in her voice. Yukiko: "This place is huge! It's sooo exciting, but it makes it so hard to find him!"You know, I have a feeling that this Yukiko might be... well... ...now what was it... Ah, an evil Shadow, of course! Now it makes sense! Shiny, shiny, shiny boots of leather Whiplash girl child in the dark Comes in bells, your servant, don't forsake him Strike, dear mistress, and cure his heart(okay, I probably should have made this reference with Shadow Chie already, but better late than never) "Yukiko" runs off and Chie realizes that she must have been a Shadow. I wonder what clued her in. Teddie: "It's hard to explain... It seems like she has a strong connection to this castle."Let's get dangerous! Chie almost runs off again, but we catch up with her and carry on to the next floor where we hear what appear to be Yukiko's thoughts. Yukiko's voice: "I'll always be waiting... forever and ever..."Meanwhile, Teddie decides to give us a tutorial on how to surprise Shadows. Thank you for that and the lame pun, too. At least it wasn't a bear pun. Oo, a new enemy! These guys were weak to fire in Persona 3, so let's summon Ukobach and see if Agi will do the trick this time around! Hmmm? I guess not, then. It damages the enemy but doesn't knock it down. Neither does Yosuke's Garu spell, so we just clobber it to death. Soon after, we meet these birds and shoot them down with Izanagi's Zio. Another group of them appears and suffers the same fate. Yeah! Bufu, by the way, is the level 1 ice spell. This is where the sodas I bought come in handy. Seta's spell points took a hit from murdering six Black Ravens, so he chugs a few TaPs and gets some of that SP back. We also found a Chest Key at one point, as you might expect it opens locked chests that appear in dungeons on occasion and contain rarer items. On the next floor, we hear Yukiko's voice again. Yukiko's voice: "Your room is right this way. If we can help you in any way, please let us know immediately."It's symbolic, of course. Hey, it's the Positive King! Isn't he the cutest little bugger? Let's murder him with fire! The king bites the dust and we get the Sandman card from the shuffle. At this point we can only have six Personas at once, so I end up releasing Slime because he was useless anyway. We run into another King and somehow manage to get ambushed. Before I manage to kill him, he summons one of these weird babies (known as Bambinos)... which proceeds to hit Seta with a human torpedo dive attack (think Raiden from Mortal Kombat)... ...and scores a critical hit, knocking Seta down for the next turn and almost killing him. Ah, vintage Shin Megami Tensei. Let your guard down for half a second and you die or at least get hurt badly. Seta finally gets up and burns the King to a crisp. That'll teach him to summon these little bastards. Chie, meanwhile, dodges the Bambino's attack, leaving the ugly baby open for an All-Out Attack which kills it. Floor 5 looks pretty sinister with all this red fog. Of course, we hear Yukiko's voice once more. According to Teddie, she is on this floor. Or at least her Shadow is. Whatever. Yukiko's voice: I'm locked up here... Please save me! Hmhmhm... I'm sure my Princes can do it... I'm sure they'll brave any danger to release me from this place..."Sure enough, we brave the next danger, which comes in the form of a Bronze Dice, by killing it with lightning. So, we proceed and... ...get teleported to another part of the floor. Cool, more vintage Shin Megami Tensei. We meet another Magic Hand and let Chie drop a huge block of ice (unfortunately, this one does not contain THE YE-TAY like the one at Halloween Havoc 1995) on it. Right, we finally get to the door where Yukiko is supposedly holed up and HOLY CRAP THAT THING IS HUGE Uh... sure. Bring it on. Will we lose to the giant freaking knight which serves as this dungeon's mini boss? Find out next time on LPP4!

Entry #16: oh please don't hurt me Sir Knight. Also, Persona fusion (now with 100% more cat girls and manta rays), weird dreams and King MoronWhen we last left our heroes, they came across a very large knight, apparently summoned by who seems to be the Shadow version of Yukiko. Yep, that is one huge knight indeed. And for your information, of course I didn't go back to save the game before entering this room. Saving before a boss fight is for amateurs. The first thing the Avenger Knight does is an attempt to skewer Seta to death. He would have managed to do that had Yosuke not pushed Seta out of harm's way. Thus, I decide using Rakukaja just might be a good thing in this fight, along with Rakunda on the Knight so that his defense goes down. Chie also casts Tarukaja on herself (and on Seta on the next turn), making her attacks do double damage (and, obviously, even more when the Knight's defense has been lowered). Physical attacks are nearly useless against the Knight and he has no weaknesses, so we just whack him with whatever elemental spells we've got. You might have noticed that we are generally at pretty low HP during this battle, so once I deplete enough of the Knight's health I decide it's time to hit him with a barrage of spells without stopping to buff or debuff anyone. Of course, Seta receives some healing so he doesn't get killed. This strategy is a success, and the Knight dies sooner than I expected. Thus, I didn't get a screenshot of his demise via Yosuke's Garu spell, but the bottom line is that we win. Yosuke's Persona learns Dekaja, which is one of THE most useful spells in the game and the entire Shin Megami Tensei series. It instantly removes any and all stat boosts an enemy has cast on themselves. Persona 4 has a few boss fights which are almost impossible to win without Dekaja or the item with the same function (I forget what it was called), so we'll be using it a lot later on. We get the Glass Key from a nearby chest, so now we can open the door upstairs that was previously locked. By the way, here is the BGM for Yukiko's Castle...
...as well as the regular battle version of "Reach Out For The Truth". Yep, this is the song that plays during every battle with regular enemies. As we listen to Yukiko's voice saying various things, Teddie reminds us that we can go back if we're feeling tired from all the action. F*** that, we still have some HP and SP left so we can go at least a bit further. How many floors can this joint have, anyway? Floor six. This time, we hear the words of the reporter who interviewed Yukiko earlier. : "Now that has a nice ring to it. Let's see if we can interview her. Excuse me!"
Yukiko's voice: "Shut up!": "Someday, though... That aside, wow! You're looking gorgeous in that kimono. You must have a lot of male visitors."
Yukiko's voice: "Leave me alone! I'm sick of everything! I'm sick of it..."Teddie says he doesn't know where the voices are coming from, but we are definitely getting closer. That's good. In the meantime, we run into a familiar face from Persona 3. Ah, the Laughing Table. Doesn't look very happy, though. He's weak to Garu here and has a pathetic amount of HP, so Yosuke one-shots him. That, however, doesn't end the fight because the Shadows hanging around nearby have decided to join in on the festivities. Hmhmhm... Burning Beetles, eh? I wonder what those guys might be weak against. I am sure this comes as a surprise to absolutely no one who has ever played an RPG. Oo, some less than impressive treasure. Ball Lightning hits an enemy for 50 points of lightning damage. As we explore the sixth floor of the castle, we run into another pair of Burning Beetles. Chie has enough SP to hit both of them with Bufu, but naturally she misses with the second one, and because I believe these guys are immune to all other attacks we use a Vanish Ball and hightail it. Didn't have the time to grab a screenshot of that, either. Nor did I manage to get a screenshot of us being pursued around the floor by THREE Shadows at once, because by that point I was too busy trying to stay alive long enough to reach Floor 7. Sure, but not now, we are almost out of spell points, so it's time to use the Goho-M and leave the dungeon. According to Teddie, we are near the top anyway. However, before we go home for the day, it's time to hit the Velvet Room for some Persona fusion now that our levels are a bit higher! I pick Pixie, Izanagi and Ukobach for our very first Triangle Fusion and... take it away, Igor. This sequence is awesomely epic. Persona fusion has never looked this cool before. Senri, the second favorite demon of all the catgirl fans out there. Not as sexy as Nekomata (who, for some reason, is nowhere to be found in Persona 4) but has pretty good stats, especially since she is immune to fire and gets Zio, Patra (recovery spell that cures status effects such as Confusion) and Rakunda from the fusion and today's Fusion Forecast effect beefs her stats up a bit. Also, I think she kinda looks like Juhani from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Since we're here, we might as well fuse ourselves a Forneus (a talking manta ray that is a master of rhetorics, how cool is that?) and a Sylph to give us a nice balanced group of Personas for the upcoming battles. I re-summon Izanagi and a couple other Personas I used in the fusions from the Compendium, and with that we head home for the rest of the day. Seta has a Persona 3 calendar. That's pretty neat. Also, the weather forecast looks pretty good, no heavy rain to be expected this week. I thought we could study a bit, but Seta is too tired to concentrate after exploring the TV world, so we go to sleep instead. (whenever a relationship with a Social Link character "intensifies", it means that the S.Link rank goes up the next time you hang out with them. In Chie's case, it would have done that anyway because the rank is at level 1 at the moment, but whatever)As Seta wakes up thinking he should probably get his head examined, Margaret calls him and tells us that we don't need to hurry with saving Yukiko because if we just rush into battle and forget about everything else, it will not "quench the heart's yearnings". Fair enough. Sports clubs, eh? I wonder if we can get new Social Links from there. Of course, I'm not sure if I really want to hang around with the local jock-o-rama, but if it makes the summon monsters in my head more powerful it just might be worth it. Let's check it out after school. *SCHOOL HAPPENS* Right, I suppose we need to ask Mr. Morooka about the sports clubs. Naturally, we soon notice that asking King Moron about anything will never lead to anything good. What *is* the deal with this guy? I don't really want to hear him go on about "breaking a youthful sweat", but at least we find out that we can join either the basketball club or the soccer club.I have a feeling that King Moron hasn't got laid in years. Maybe that's for the best. Before we join either one of the clubs, we take a little tour. Eh, seems harmless enough. I wish they had a Kendo Team in this school, though, at least there we could learn to fight like a samurai. --- All right, this is (finally) where YOU, YES YOU, COME IN. Should we join the basketball team or the soccer team? Post your preferred choice in this thread!

Soccer is your better bet. Not only will you level up your Strength Arcana Link, but you are pretty much guaranteed to get 3 books (2 of which you couldn't over at Basketball if you're stuck in the middle S. Links) during the special events that can happen.

Basketball. You may get a bonus in speed, conditioning, and accuracy. Going by your post on the previous page, I'm gonna assume you haven't played Persona 4, so I'll explain a bit. In this game, playing sports doesn't actually raise your attributes in a way that would help in battle, because those attributes are effectively based on what Persona you have "equipped" at the moment. Instead, playing sports raises Seta's Diligence stat (which we'll need for a bunch of things later on) and gives you the Strength Arcana's Social Link. The events of the S.Link story are entirely different depending on which team you join and which character you get to know better. With that said, we need some more votes. If it's still a tie after the next eight hours or so, I'll flip a coin to pick the winner.

Okay, since we didn't get a decisive result and I don't have time to post the next update just yet (and flipping a coin to break the tie is boring when it's 1-1, anyway), the voting continues for a while longer and the NEXT VOTE decides it.

Go with soccer.
Been reading this since the start but didn't want to comment until it picked up a bit more. Very entertaining stuff so far.

All righty then, next time on LPP4 we will join the soccer team! We'll also try to save Yukiko, although my levels are still a bit low for the upcoming boss fight. We will definitely reach the top floor of the castle next time, though.

We will definitely reach the top floor of the castle next time, though. Yeah, I remember my way for fighting in the dungeons: Day 1: Get to mid-boss Day 2: Get to top floor of dungeon Day 3: Grind (if needed) and beat crap out of final boss Rinse, repeat, and you'll find things are a bit easier that way. Also, don't use much in the way of SP attacks so that you can keep going in dungeons by using the Dia spell set (saves your money, too!).

That's the exact same strategy I used on my previous playthroughs of Persona 4 and will be using here as well because, as you said, it works. Later on in the game, when you can get your SP replenished at the TV world hub, I'll probably at least attempt to complete a dungeon in a single day.

Entry 17: We will save Yukiko soon, honest[/u] Now that the game has opened up, one update will often show the events of several days at a time. Thus, from now on I'll add dates to make it easier to follow. --- Tuesday, April 19Right, soccer it is then. Err... I guess? Dude, what? Captain? Why? Team members: "Probably thinks he's better than us..." "We'll make him squeal like a peeg!" Yeah, looks like these guys aren't exactly open-minded to newcomers from the city. Can't say I blame them, though, especially after what Mr. Kondo said just now. I guess we should be polite, though, even if it won't do any good. They apparently don't have a soccer uniform prepared for Seta, so we'll just watch this time. Hey, there's one friendly person in this team! Who knew? Daisuke's friend from the basketball team comes by and introduces himself. Kou here seems like a jam up guy as well, even if he talks big sometimes. Daisuke mentions how the other soccer players seem a bit hostile towards Seta, and Kou has some words of encouragement. "Hell yeah, I can do the Sublimely Magnificent Sôji Shot Mark IV any time." Okay, actually we kinda suck. Nothing that a little practice won't fix, though. All right, the Strength Arcana's Social Link path is open. Seta heads home after practice is over, and now it's time to study a bit to raise our Knowledge stat. Making progress. --- Wednesday, April 20Tried it, doesn't work, sorry. Great, another insane teacher, complete with a hand puppet of himself. Brilliant. Mr. Hosoi here teaches contemporary writing. He asks Yosuke to spell the word "millennium" correctly, and because Yosuke always relies on his computer's spell check he has no idea how to spell it and asks Seta for help. Guess it's time to save the day and get an Expression bonus in the process, along with a slight boost to the Social Link. I don't think we're in a hurry to go save Yukiko just yet, so we'll get social for the next little while. First of all, though, let's go to the shopping district. Ah, the town's resident "YA DARN KIDS GET OFF MY LAWN" old guy who thinks just about everything that happens in this town is "deplorable". Well, the murders certainly are, so I agree with him for once. Ah, crap, I bought too many TaP Sodas. We go to Daidara Metalworks to sell all the stuff we've gotten from fallen enemies. He then proceeds to create new weapons and accessories such as the Long Sword seen here, and the Vigor Fob which raises your max HP by 10%. They cost a small fortune, though, so I won't buy anything now except some Chain Mail for Seta. Yosuke says it's important to relax once in a while, so we go with him to Souzai Daigaku (" Side-Dishes University"), a place that sells various meat products such as steak croquettes. A little bit, yeah. Sure beats eating monkey brain sushi, though. Some housewives walk by and start gossiping about Yosuke. Yosuke says he's pretty much infamous in Inaba, everyone knows him and he needs to watch his behavior as the son of the Junes manager. We chat with him for a while and the Magician Arcana's Social Link goes up to 2. (Note: At this point, Fraps decided it didn't want to take any more pictures for some reason, so I missed the rest of the day's and the next day's worth of screenshots)Thursday, April 21As mentioned above, I have no screenshots of the day's events because of some minor technical issue I only noticed later. We went to soccer practice again and the team members told Seta to clean up the field afterwards. We eventually did that with some help from Kou and Daisuke, who said that Seta didn't HAVE to clean up because the team members were supposed to take turns doing the task, but Kou said Seta should do it anyway - not because the team told him to, because "he wanted to". That would apparently impress the douchebag soccer players. Afterwards, we went to Aiya Chinese Diner with Kou and Daisuke, and they promised to help Seta train to be better at soccer. Social Link rank went up to 2. In the evening (this is when I noticed that I didn't have any screenshots and promptly fixed the issue), Chie calls and says we should go to the TV world the next day. Hmm, why not? Afterwards, we study some more. The next Knowledge rank is pretty close. --- Friday, April 22
Instead of going to the TV world, Yosuke takes Seta to the nearby Okina City. Nothing like some terrible jokes to brighten up the conversation. (Yosuke actually likes the joke for some reason)Yosuke gets a text message, and... well... SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM LOVELY SPAM WONDERFUL SPAMSPAM SPAM SPAM LOVELY SPAAAAAM WONDERFUL SPAM
"Shut up! SHUT UP! Bloody Vikings!"ANYWAY, Yosuke says he doesn't want to change his number or address in case someone calls or messages him, and doesn't want to call anyone just to tell them that his number has changed, as that would just annoy them and they probably don't want to text him in the first place. This sounds familiar. Hell yeah! This is why I decided to hang out with Yosuke instead of going to the TV world today, as I hoped the S.Link rank would hit 3 and Yosuke would then learn the follow-up attack. Basically, the idea is that whenever Seta knocks an enemy down, a party member (in this case Yosuke) can sometimes ask to perform an attack immediately afterwards that automatically knocks down at least one enemy. Very, very useful. In the evening, we once again study at home. --- Saturday, April 23Hey, cool! Better check it out after school, we're really gonna need some money here because stuff isn't cheap in Inaba. We once again get to save Yosuke's ass by answering a question about ancient civilizations for him. Another Expression bonus for Seta. Right, let's head to the shopping district again to check out the bulletin board for part-time jobs. Sounds boring as hell, but it's the only one we can get at the moment. Working as a translator would have been more interesting, but Seta doesn't have enough Knowledge points to apply for that job. I'd be disappointed but since my major at the university I study at happens to be English Language and Translation, I totally approve of this because doing that stuff actually does require some knowledge and not just any schmuck out there can do it. ;D Besides, Seta can accept the job as soon as his Knowledge goes up one level. I thought I'd check if the Strength arcana's Social Link would go up if I went to soccer practice, but no such luck this time. I could just as well have gone to the TV world, but oh well, it happens. All right! That took a while, but now we're officially "Informed". --- Sunday, April 24For some reason, I decide to go to Okina Station with Daisuke and Kou on Sunday. Daisuke brings up Junes and mentions that Yosuke is "hilarious". We promise to hang out with him sometime. Great, Yosuke and these two guys. That sounds like a whale of a time. I really shouldn't have gone to soccer practice the day before, since we get the same amount of social link points from this trip and the link will go up the next time at soccer practice nonetheless. Well, crap. Looks like the rain is coming pretty soon. Chie also calls and asks if we'll go to the TV world tomorrow. Hmm... April 25? What happens on that date? I think I heard it somewhere... eh, probably nothing. Let's make envelopes! This is boring. Despite that, Seta manages to get into it and earns double pay (2000 yen) for a job well done. --- Monday, April 25Ah, that's it! I think King Moron said something about that the last time I visited the faculty office. I gotta check that out as well. We will go tomorrow. Honest. Chie is understandably worried, but Seta channels his inner Peter Gabriel to calm her down. Yay, another Knowledge point. (This, by the way, is one of those questions that I wouldn't know the answer to had I not played this game) After school, we go ask everyone's favorite teacher about culture clubs. You know, I think King Moron really wants to hurt me. But hey, at least we find out we can join the drama club or the band. Let's go check them out... and hell, let's go see what kind of girls we can find in those clubs, just to spite King Moron!I'm really more of a punk rock and metal type of guy, so I'll take a tour first. I thought Yasogami High would have a more modern music club since we already were in a symphonic band in Persona 3, but I guess Mr. Morooka has forbidden all kinds of electric instruments from entering this school because rock music would make the students think impure thoughts or whatever. Also, that girl looks like she's ten years old at most (even though she naturally is older than that), and that's just creepy. ...No one asked for your opinion, Mr. Bear. Get lost. Okay, let's see what the drama club is like. Saaaaay... --- Even though it's pretty obvious which club I would pick, this is a Let's Play thread and so I will ask YOU people to make the choice for me again. Should we join the Symphonic Band or the Drama Club? Send in those votes STARTING NOW!Edit: I wonder why I'm calling the symphonic band the "music club" all the time. That error's fixed now.

Drama, but that's mainly because I'm a drama buff.

Considering that I did music my first play-through, go get on the drama club.

2-0 for the Drama Club so far. I'll keep the voting open for another hour, the first one to reach three votes wins. (Should neither one of them get three votes, whichever option is in the lead after the next hour will win... in this case, that'd obviously be the Drama Club. If they're tied, I'll break the tie)

Okay then, next time on Let's Play Persona 4 we will be joining the Drama Club and, probably, going back to the castle because we don't have many days left to save Yukiko. Look forward to it.

I noticed that this is the last post on the page. Since I ended the previous pages with concept art or similar material, I might as well do the same with this and post the next update on Page 4.
I have no cool concept art or manga panels this time, but what I do have is the song that plays in Inaba during cloudy days.
Yes, there are different songs for different weather conditions. Sunny days have "Your Affection", cloudy days have this and rainy days only have the SFX so you can hear the rain falling.
