I don't see why anybody thought that putting Bourne on Raw was a good idea in the first place. They were already having trouble elevating their midcard, and then they bring in Bourne, Swagger, and Mark Henry. Swagger is the only one that has a shot at being a legit main eventer, but not with HHH, Orton, and Cena hogging the main event.
Imagine how much more awesome Smackdown would be right now if they had just put Bourne and Swagger there instead? Or how much better ECW would be if they had just left them there. Raw was the worst possible place to put those guys.

Swagger/Bourne/MVP would benefit from RAW if it was booked like Smackdown.

I think if I was confident they were going to give Swagger a huge push I wouldn't have an issue with how they've done this mini-feud. I'd actually like to see Cena to get the title either at Summerslam or Breaking Point, but the only reason I'd be against that is that Raw is a bit light on top level heels right now, apart from Orton and his two cronies.
If they were to spend the next few months building up Swagger to be ready to face Cena for title at around Survivor Series, then I'd be right behind all of this. But unfortunately I just see Swagger, Bourne, Kofi and MVP being all in the same places they are now because of the glass ceiling on Raw. They're more likely to still be feuding with each other than ever moving up to face the more established guys. I'd love to be proved wrong though.

I was pissed when I found out that Evan Bourne was on RAW. I said to myself, "this is a good move if the RAW creative team uses Bourne properly, but they won't." N ECW or Smackdown, he would be showcased properly. He is too good fr ECW, so Smackdown would be the best choice.
