Not fuh nuttin', but I didn't think Taz would head to TNA this soon. The "Nation of Violence" does sound like something straight out of Old School ECW Taz. This could be interesting.

Cool I love the idea of Taz and Joe. Also I'm ready for the Burke to debut. TNA's on the right path at the moment. I think we'll see alot new wrestlers in the coming months. Dixie kind of hinted at that on the preshow. I believe we may see some ROH guys namely Nigel, and Briscoes.

If Joe is the Nation of Violence, is Taz a self-governing unincorporated territory like Puerto Rico to the US?

The "One Man Crime Spree" is back! Now all TNA needs to do is sign the One Man Gang. Then you've got yourself the Axis of Violence!

As a group, would they be the Autonomous Collective of Violence? I think Joe is a sovereign state because he rules the nation of violence alone, its only because TNA recognizes that he has internal reign over the nation of violence. I don't think anyone should be surprised that Joe has added more territory in Taz. He follows Manifest Destiny, it's his girth's right to expand across the world.

I said this in the lashley thread and I will repeat.
For almost ten years we have had goofy comical Tazz as a color guy. he is over weight and has lost all tough guy image he ever had. This IMO is epic fail

I believe we may see some ROH guys namely Nigel, and Briscoes. That would be a negatory on that since ROH now has a TV deal. TNA has it written into contracts that workers can't compete for another promotion if said promotion has a TV show airing in North America.

Everyone on the ROH messageboards think their leaving. Nigel and the Briscoes contracts expire in May.

Not for nuthin, but this contradicts Taz's post from a few days ago. It is a very smart move by Taz though. Make some money, but without WWE's travel. Also, being a manager is probably an easier gig than being the announcer on SmackDown (and monthly PPVs), where you have to not only tape the show but also have to do post-production commetary.

What I find hilarious is that Tazz's profile is still up on the WWE Universe homepage ;D

Wait How has noone mentioned how WONDERFULLY last time Joe had a vet for a mentor went... I was just about to mention that. But I'm more hopeful for Taz becoming Joe's mentor, because last time most of the focus was put on Nash, and it resulted in Joe wearing a suit and complaining all the time. Now that Joe has a mentor that's more suited to his style, it should be much better than the Nash partnership.

Joe as Taz might be better than getting Tazz as Taz right now.
Making me excited.
