I was thinking about this yesterday. I wondeed what do you all think are some of the best video game covers/cases or packages that have crappy games in them?
This, of course, could also relate to movies, comic books, etc. What do all think?
I remember the crappy WWF Wrestlemania game for the NES system had a nice pic of Hogan on the cover.

I'm thinking about that Werewolf Game for the NES. The cover was cool, but the rest of the game stunk.

Ninjabread Man. Look how awesome that cover is and then read a review about how bad the game is.

This could be a long thread, indeed. So many games have had such awesome packaging, which only serves to conceal the turd within.

I'm thinking about that Werewolf Game for the NES. The cover was cool, but the rest of the game stunk. I actually finished that piece of garbage and saw the ending, which was just a big picture of the werewolf holding an American flag. Some part of me died inside during the process. I believe it's the same process that young men used to experience in old timey-times when they went off to war as little boys, but came home as men.

cover looks cool, but all the reviews I've read say it's horrible and buggy.

cover looks cool, but all the reviews I've read say it's horrible and buggy. It's not horrible, it's just painfully average. Take cover, shoot, repeat. Nothing special, but hardly terrible.

I'm not saying the cover is gorgeous but at least stuff happens in it, compared to the game where you just drive through walls. Also there's a cop car...which isn't in the game.

That ending is so much worse considering that he's supposed to be a Native American Shaman.
