So I was at a Carnival last night and having not been at one for a while, thought I had the stomach for the rides since when I was younger I used to spend all day on them However after 1 freaking ride, I already started to feel dodgy The 2nd sent me scurrying for a seat to rest After 10 minutes, I went on a 3rd......After which I came off, headed for the toilet, didn't make it, threw up in my mouth (However I had the decency to keep it there till I reached the toilets)......And the sweat was pouring off me Fair enough I had something to eat earlier but it was a good couple of hours between the sandwiches and the rides so I can't use that as an excuse So I'm weak-stomached wuss lol

I once ate a big chicken diner and then got on a roller coaster that went upside down 5 times. As soon as I got off I headed straight to the wooden roller coaster right next to it. Nothing happened. In fact I done the same thing for several years in a row.
The only time I have ever gotten sick at an amusement park was at Six Flags over Georgia in 2005. This was not due to a weak stomach but instead the near 100 degree temperature. I walked around a few minutes. Eventually I went in an air conditioned restroom a few minutes then bought me a lemonade and was all right the rest of the day. The next year it was about as hot but I drank a lot of water and had no problems.

The only time I ever got in trouble was when I turned over on my stomach on the Gravitron (the spinning ride that pins you up against the wall).

I've never gotten sick on a ride/because of a ride before. I am, however, afraid of heights, so I still get pretty worked up before going on them(usually end up doing it, though, because its just a small fear. I usually overcome it by the time the wait in line is over).

I get car sick if I start reading in a car so you can imagine my frail little person on a roller coaster. I don't mind ferris wheels or log rides. Anything else is sure to make me cube it.

I'm a junkie for rides. The one day a year I get to spend at the fair is always one of the highlights of the year

I love rides, actually went to Cedar Point by myself this year, because when I went with a group people were lame and wouldn't go on everything.

Rollie Coasters I can handle no problem. I'm not so good on the rides that just go up and down repeatedly to make you feel sick however.

I once did a marathon at Disneyland - I think I count 25 big rides. (DL is pretty tame no upside down) when I got back to the hotel room I drank 2 beers and then puked my ass off

This summer I was in L.A. and went to 6 flags with some people from the hostel. We went out partying the night before, got totally drunk, got about 4 hours sleep (still drunk) before the bus to 6 flags left from our hostel.
I have to admit I was a bit worried I'd throw up on the first ride. But I didn't. Spent the whole day there, never felt like I had to puke. I was proud of myself.

well, about ten years ago (could have been longer, my memory ain't what it used to be) me and the family went to blackpool for the holidays ..... and the day at the pleasure beach i went on the following with my sister ..... IN A ROW!
1: the pepsi ride, which went up to the top, then plummeted down to the bottom 2: the revolution (single loop, and it was my first time too) 3: the old wooden rollercoaster (the one that went on fire a fews years back)
felt fine after too ;D

Bring on the rollercoasters! I'm a total coaster junkie, though I can't do the ones that ride backwards. But they can drop from 200 feet or go upside down (or both!) and I'll love it.
I also hate the centrifuge-based rides. They're not really all that fun and I get a little dizzy on them.

I went to SeaWorld in Orlando this past week/weekend and they have a few rides.
The two rollercoasters are short, but both are pretty decent thrills.
The Manta has a loop with some of the worse G's I've ever felt on a ride that small.

Nothing like riding the Slingshot. That's fun personified.
I love rides, I used to go to Leisureland and buy an all day ride pass and ride the rollercoasters all day.
Sadly they closed about 5 years ago
