Hopefully John Morrison gets pushed to the main event but here's some love for Mcintyre.
His physique is ripped and he does the double arm ddt better then Foley. Hopefully the WWE push him properly.

Meh. Feels like Rocky Maivia all over again.
He may become a great superstar but, for now, shoving him down my throat ain't gonna endear me to Mr. Bland.
Good for him though.

not knocking on mcintyre, but i don;t feel that he is that over yet, and I feel that ic title is going to loose alot of the prestige it gained over the past year

It's not like Drew has been shown to be weak. I am really hoping JoMo gets a main event push though

The only thing to make it cooler, is before he dropped down with the DDT he yelled out "It's... pronounced... LADDIE!"

Don't get me wrong, he rules, but it was clear they didn't give a rat's ass about booking him as a champion. He tells Rey that he can get his rematch at any time, and I don't think Rey ever took him up on it. Wow, that makes the IC title look desired. "Free rematch!" "Nah, I think I'll pass, I have to go get my ass beat." Then there is Dolph Ziggler. The guy gets a baker's dozen title shots, he never wins, so clearly someone could argue it was their turn. Nope, not a peep out of anyone else. Again, does no one WANT the damn thing? Look at the US title. Kofi had like a half dozen guys breathing down his neck before Miz finally defeated him, and now Miz has had no less than 3 strong challengers he's defended the belt valiantly against. In all honesty, the US title is looking like the belt to have in the midcard scene.

The problem with the IC title is it was always looked as an afterthought in all the feuds or never defended. The IC title has looked way better at this point in history then in the past few years. (Comparatively)

(Comparatively) That I will agree with. From the moment Regal won it to where it is now, a lot of folks have fought hard for the belt, but I feel like they lost momentum with Morrison at the helm, whether it was his fault or not.

I love Regal and I'm warming up to Punk but I really don't remember those 2 doing much for the IC title. Punk and Regal both had good matches and whatnot but they held the title for a while and I don't really feel like they did much. (It has been a while so maybe someone could refresh my memory) Santino's reign (While fun as hell) Was a complete joke with the Honk-a-meter. I've really liked the treatment of the IC title since the JBL reign. It was the center for the whole "I'll be champ at Wrestlemania thing" Mysterio and Jericho did nothing but make the IC title look great. The Dolph Ziggler feud also wasn't bad with Mysterio John Morrison did a good job of keeping the title on television and relevant. Although I wish some more mid carders would have gone after it (Instead of guys who were more or less new)

Wrestlers whose gimmick is just their name are far too common these days. It's boring as hell.

I didn't see it as Rey bluffing the rematch, just that he was already tied-up.

Well, I can't say I like this decision. It should've been Ziggler. But if they manage to make McIntyre a real threat, I'll be happy.

I wonder who he will feud with next. Some possiblities:
Finlay Matt Hardy Kane JTG R-Truth Rey Rey
Feuding with Rey might be best to get him more over.

It won't be Rey most likely, due to {Spoiler}Kaval debuting soon to feud with Rey He's already feuded with R-Truth and I think Finlay. I don't see him feuding with JTG due to him being in a tag team but Matt would be good for a feud with him.
