With Nash's reference of getting the band back together sounded like he was hinting at the NWO. Would TNA be able to use the NWO name though or is that owned by WWE now?

How can someone copyright "new world order"? It's in the bible. I'm sure they couldn't use the old nWo logo, since McMahon bought all the intellectual property from WCW, but I'm not so sure about the name itself.

I really hope they come back as the nWo with the original three, but i don't want them letting every single person in their stable. I just hope its Scott Hall thats coming with him.

It can be copyrighted for "events and merchandise related to professional wrestling, sports and, entertainment" like everything else they do.

Absolutely not. The last thing we need is YET ANOTHER NWO Revival. Not even DX has been brought back as many times as this group has. TNA is supposed to be about the future after all, they don't need another relic from the past. Besides, wasn't the Main Event Mafia basically a poor man's NWO anyway? Not to mention since they can't even call it the NWO, it would probably take away some of the impact it might have.

Nope. It was smark bait. Nash does this all the time because he knows that the internet hangs on his every word

Him and Sodapop were so due for a tag title run. And I heard Dally was being prepped for the main event. Such a tragedy.
