I'm shocked that Shelley went over Generico.
He was one of my picks to make it to the finals along with Kendrick.

I just have to make a point to say how freakin' clever PWG were in booking Omega/Strong for the finals.
Anyone who follows the company may remember back at a somewhat forgettable show in June this year we saw thew two collide. The match ended with a double pin, followed then by a time limit draw, don't ask.
It seriously makes me wonder what they were planning when they thought up that finish. Naturally Danielson was still an Indy wrestler who hadn't yet accepted the WWE offer so they couldn't have planned the title situation back then. Although at the same time it is possible that they had Strong/Omega planned for the finals anyway.
With all that said I have to say bravo PWG. along with everything else, you're really proving to me why I love you so much.

Bucks retain via 10, yes 10 superkicks on Steen. I hear it was a terrific contest.
BOLA finals up now, Omega v Strong for the vacant PWG World Title.

Wonder if he is going to break down and get his knee reconstructed. I hope so. I want as much Mr. Wrestling as we can get in the future.

Naturally Danielson was still an Indy wrestler who hadn't yet accepted the WWE offer so they couldn't have planned the title situation back then. Dragon may not have been signed but (according to reports) he made it no secret he was planning on signing with WWE by the end of the summer
