I forget what it was exactly, but I remember it was the equivalent of 1180 on the old test (I retook it when they were changing systems so I took the old one and new one).
Also is it completely useless once you graduate from college? Seems like there's never going to be another case where I will ever use them as grad school apps don't even use them. I'm kind of happy. It's not like I did too bad on them, but they just seemed so pointless. I guess threads like these are the most I'll ever make out of my SAT scores these days.

SAT scores are very important. Zack Morris was a slacker throughout high school, but his 1502 was enough to get into Stansbury.
As for me, I got a 1260 on the old one (730 Math and 530 English).

I got 1200 on the old scale.
I only took the new one, so adding in the new score, I got 1850.
If I recall correctly, it was English 680 and Math 520. Then the 650 on the new writing part.

For those interested in what the other SATB stars got: Jessie: 1205 Screech: 1220 Kelly: 1100 Lisa: 1140 Slater: 1050 Zack: 1502 So I fall between Lisa and Jessie. Oh my!

I bet if Screech got a better score than 1220, he would've done better than California University and a career as an assistant to Mr. Belding.

I never took an SAT. I took the ACT, and got a 26 on it.

I just looked it up, and a 26 on the ACT is roughly equal to a 1800 on a SAT with the writing test added in. In other words, I did good.

That reminds me, the University of California system actually isn't doing too bad compared to California University. Hell, when's the last time you even heard of California University!? {Spoiler}I know its not a real school. Was my attempt at humor that bad

I don't remember what I got on the Writing portion but a 660 in English and a 550 in Math. My brother actually got a 780 on the Math.

I used to be so proud of the 990 total I got in 1997. Not so much seeing what mental giants I'm up against here on the boards.

I remember I took the new test and got a 2020, which I think ended up as a 1310 in the old scale. And a 29 on my ACTs.

Granted, that was back in 1982. I'm a lot dumber now.

An even 1200 on the old one.
I didn't even know they changed it and added a new part until my nephews told me about some writing portion they have now.
1200 out of 1600 wasn't too bad for someone that didn't take any of the preparedness classes that were offered for it.
I do wish I would have studied for it though, as I know I could have done much better if I knew what to expect.

I did prepare for it, but I did a really half ass job preparing for it (which I then in my infinite wisdom repeated this method when taking the GREs).

1280, I think.
And I went to a state school, thereby completely invalidating any reason for taking the test.

Never took it or the ACT. Went from graduating High School to Community College, graduated from there and went right to where I am now, Park University.
