Stanzi can throw SO well, he likes to give the other team a touchdown to show his skills.

"I don't think there's any real decision here this is what Paul Johnson does. Its either field goal now or go for it" -Charles Davis with Georgia Tech facing a 4th and 5
What brilliant color commentary. You don't get analysis like that everywhere folks.

Just finished watching PTI from this afternoon and they brought up an interesting point on the Boise St. side of things. This isn't like the Boise of Oklahoma game fame or Utah of a year ago. This team is returning practically the entire squad next year. The entire squad of a 14-0 team who beat Oregon and shut down TCU in their biggest game of the season. I may be forgetting a team off the top of my head, but next season's pre-season Top 5 should look something like (in no particular order): Alabama, Iowa, Boise State, Oregon, Ohio State. Alabama clear #1, but you can make an equal case for either Iowa, Boise, or Oregon to be the #2 driver seat team to start the season. If a team like Boise got that ranking to start the preseason, they'd have no excuses for not making it if they lose. If they win out and got passed even after starting that high, the s*** finally would really hit the fan as far as unfair competitive balance and conspiracies go.

Next year if Boise is one of two unbeatens they will get in. They will get enough preseason love. However if there are three, and its Iowa, Ohio State, Oregon, or someone from a power conference we're not expecting then they'll be left out. And deservedly so because their resume won't warrant it. Just like this year.

Which would suck, because people can harp on their schedule all they want, but teams won't even schedule them now because they're going to be afraid of getting Oregon'd and getting a quick loss on their record. I see people compare Boise to Gonzaga, and I think that's a little insulting to Boise. When they get to the big game they don't choke like the gagging over rated dogs Gonzaga always prove to be. They get it done.

Backbreaking interception by Ga Tech. That's why they don't throw the ball.

They get it done. People don't schedule them because there is no financial benefit in doing so. Power conference teams already have 4 or 5 Boise's on their schedule. If they're going to schedule a "tough" non-conference game they're going to do a home and home with a school that has a 60+ thousand capacity so they can make money on it. It makes no sense to load up your non conference with teams like that. You need 2 or 3 dogs on there because you don't have preseason. People always miss this point. Does it make the system fair? Nope. Its not their fault...and unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it.

Boise gets a visit from Oregon State and play Virginia Tech in DC next year. I think they got a shot. No way more than two teams go undefeated next year.

I actually like the fake FG call. If you don't get it you pin them deep and you see what happened.
If you do score you put the game away.
