I honestly have no idea how Drake is popular. He wasn't that great starting out, but after he joined up with Lil' Wayne's farce of a record label, he got even worse.
Anybody that says Kanye is flat-out hating, especially when they use sampling as an excuse. EVERYBODY samples. Kanye takes a sample & makes it a masterpiece. The man is a musical genius.

I'd have to say Lil Wayne, I just really can't stand his voice or his rapping skills. Drake isn't the most amazing rapper in the world, but I can at least find songs of his that I like, Lil Wayne is just annoying IMO.

I don't know his name but what about that dude who does nothing but yell?
"SHAKE YA ASS, WATCH YOSELF!" couldn't stand that guy
Same with the chick (I don't know if it's considered rap) but she sanG a song that was like "I HATE YOU....SO MUCH.....RIGHT NOW! AHHHHHHHHH!"

Soulja Boy.
No talent whatsoever. Just aims for the ringtone market.

Anyone who says Kanye is simply insane. He's an effing genius.
I must agree with nominating Soulja Boy, which kind of hurts because he really does try. If you listen to the "freestyles" he posts on youtube and stuff, it really does seem like he's trying to be a decent rapper. So I give him a few points for actually trying not to be bad, no matter how futile it is.

A lot of them but to me the worst is definitively Soulja Boy.

Shaggy 2 Dope or Violent J take your pick While they are for the most part devoid of talent, ICP really isn't what I would call mainstream

They sellout large venues. Hell they were even at Woodstock. They are comercially succesful. You can buy thier cd's at Best Buy. They are known all over the world. What makes them not mainstream? They aren't underground.

Ja Rule without a question. By far the worst rapper ever, and for the longest time, I lost respect for Metallica for doing a song with him.

ICP are very mainstream, and extremely talentless. Nice guys, though.

Just heard Drake's "Find Your Love" and one thing is clear. He should stick to singing R&B. When he goes to rap, shit goes to downhill mighty fast.
As for Ja, "New York" was a pretty good song. That's about all I like from him.
