All right... Let's start off with an example...
Kamala ALWAYS botching his splash off the top ropes... making it look like he landed on his feet...
or
Razor Ramon always using the "elbow" move, but it always looking like his arm is just laying down on the mat softly...
What are some other examples of moves that wrestlers constantly did, but always annoyed you because they didn't do them well or always botched them?
(I don't just mean a one-time botch- I mean something that ALWAYS happened or happens)

Luger's rack, you're supposed to support the neck with the left arm with the pressure going to the back...he ALWAYS grabbed the head and let the neck dangle...im suprised he didnt break more necks than just bobby walker's The doomsday device...way too many times hawk would come off too low and damn near behead the guy...way too many legit injuries for that to be an everyday finisher. The up and down lariat thingie cade and murdoch now use....ive never seen the chop block part actually hit useally cade just ends up falling on his face...probs would be easier if cade did the chop block and murdoch did a mule kick in the air...a redneck version of total elimination

A sunset flip that doesn't result in a 3 count. After 2, the guy on his back kicks out. At least, that's what the announcer says. But in reality, it's the guy going for the pin that pushes his opponent of his back and rolls away. It's about the most fake wrestleing ever looks.

Does Flair going to the top rope count?

Does Flair going to the top rope count? I don't think so, because that is part of his act. And he sells getting caught better than anyone.

When Mick Foley used to do the sunset flip off the apron, it was always badly timed and looked horrible.

do regular ol' punches count? Good one, this is probably the most consistently botched, and nowadays TV cameras do a less well job of hiding the 6 inches of air between fist and victim.

How bout Kidman with the SSP. Everytime he did it he looked scared to death and shaky.

I don't remember Sabu being that botchy in TNA in the past year. Maybe the fact that he has to cut promos now has screwed with his equilibrium.

Sabu reminds me of a song from the band with Passion and the song is called Train Wreck Orchestra. I think that might be the best representation for sabu ever.

Good one, this is probably the most consistently botched, and nowadays TV cameras do a less well job of hiding the 6 inches of air between fist and victim. this is a good point...it seems the WWE has too many cameramen and it catches too many of the secrets of pro wrestling and things you dont wanna see...ditto the sunset flip...often a wide shot makes it look like a kickout or a dorothy kick (knocking your heels together into the opponents head) and it looks convincing but noooo now they gotta go up close and you see the stunt given away. sometimes less is more vince...this is one hidden benefit of TNA's 6-sided ring, wider shots that show less of the illusion of reality being broken...remember, wrestling is NOT fake, but it is a circus art, so that art needs to be perserved....one main reason i have wwe issues is the camera work that gives way too much away

it always looks countered cuz trish gets too much air off the springboard...i think she coulda been much better off at just making it an acid drop from the turn buckle. as for kidman, the scared to do the SSP is as much gimmick than anything...being the mommas boy just out to make it and get girls, in his WCW jobber days part of the SSP gimmick was he thought twice and hesitated enough that he missed...when he was the scratching fool, the SSP was never hesitated, also late in his carrer in WWE, I think he realized he lost a step and was slow on it. In his prime in WCW he didnt hesitate, this would be with raven and in the filthy animal days.

The tombstone is botched almost every time, by everybody who does it. I know it has more to do with the aforementioned safe style and WWE cameramen. But Taker'll tombstone somebody and their head will by a godd 7 inches from touching the ground.
Another one that gets botched a ton is big boot. Half the time the guy getting kicked falls on his ass before Hogan even gets his leg up. OR Hogan holds his leg up for about 15 seconds and the guy just runs into it.
