We're judging them at their peaks, so obviously you can't say Hogan 2010 or Andre 1992.
I'd have to say Roddy Piper. He's a huge legend, but even at his best I found him to be pretty bad in the ring. Couldn't execute a dropkick to save his life. Sloppy running bulldog & sleeper, ugly pointless airplane spin...just a lot of punching and disjointed brawling...I love HotRod but I absolutely hated his matches.

Warrior. Had charisma out the ass but, in the ring, he couldn't do squat.

I dunno if we can call Warrior a Legend. Flair, Austin, Hogan, hart ect all legends. Warrior made money but his legacy is that of being a legendary pain in the arse

Tiger Jeet Singh was apparently the s**** in the ring, but was really over in Japan. The reason Singh was over huge in Japan was because he beat Antonio Inoki back when NOBODY beat Inoki.

Does Mr. Pogo count as a bad wrestler? He was ballsy, but does he know any wrestling holds?
No disrespect, but I also find Abdullah the Butcher to be a bad wrestler. I rarely see him do more than sticking forks into his opponents, little punching and certainly no technical holds.

I rarely see him do more than sticking forks into his opponents, little punching and certainly no technical holds. That was kind of Abby's thing. He was hardcore before hardcore really got traction in the US. Back then you had just a few brawlers that did what we consider hardcore today. Stan Hansen, Brody, Abby, Cactus (late 80's early 90's anyway), Terry Funk's comeback started seeing more of the brawling style on national TV, Anybody I am missing?

I'll say Kevin Nash (Someone will anyway). He wasn't that good but with the right guy can have a decent match. The same can be said with Warrior and Piper. I love Piper but not many matches did stand out. BUt Nash did have good enough mic work and well mind for the business to be successful at it.

Piper had some great matches - vs Valentine, Rude, Hogan, Orndorf, Hart, etc. No way is he the worst.
I vote Warrior or Ventura.

As a previous poster said maybe Kevin Nash. Legends is a really overused term, but if you were to use it in its truest sense I could see Nash being called a legend. After all he has been in the limelight for 15+ years, is a former WWF and WCW champion, and was a big part of one of the hottest angles of all time in the nWo. While guys like Bret and Shawn could get classics out of him though, these were few and far between.

Piper, The guy has less moves then cena. The amount of moves someone does isn't what defined them as a good wrestler. Cena has five moves he relies on, so did Bret Hart. Bruiser Brody got by on punches, kicks, and knees, but nobody is saying he was a bad worker. In his prime (the 70s and 80s) Piper was a terrific brawler, a superb seller (watch his match vs. Greg Valentine where he acts like his equlibrium is off due to his ear being worked over by Valentine, it is probably some of the best I have ever seen), and he was a solid technician as well. He isn't really much of a legend, but for as revered as Chris Candido was I never saw much in him as a worker.

Hogan sucked badly. He had about two moves and all his matches followed the same format- beatdown, hulk-up, second wind for the win.
That being said, the dude had A LOT of charisma and iconic status, both in WWF and in nWo (at least for the first year).
