Long ass title.
So what I'm saying is, if Undertakers streak had to be ended only by someone who's already beaten him, who would you like to do it? Put both who realistically can do it, and who you'd LOVE to see do it, in some strange fantasy WWE world.
In my ideal fantasy, it'd be Yokozuna, obviously. But realistically, maybe Big daddy V needs to come back and clean house. Or Foley. Is foley still wrestling?

When did Kane beat Undertaker? I'm really scratching my head out of all the matches they've had together..... If he hasn't beaten UT before, then he can't end the streak.

Realistically? Lesnar.
Who would I love to see do it? Lesnar. Kenta Kobashi, in his prime, would also be pretty sick.

CM Punk, obviously. He IS the only wrestler to ever make UT tap (realistically, I'd go with Kane. But I want him to be the one to end the streak either way)

Kane ending the streak would be pointless because Kane has been going nowhere for years (yes, I know, largely his own choice).

If there was an alternate 1998-2010 where Mick Foley retained (most of) his in-ring skills and was still a viable character and a big part of the WWE, I'd say him, in a Hell in a Cell match, after all these years. In his first book I think he said something about one day meeting up with Undertaker in the cell again, like how Civil War generals would meet up on the old battlefields they had fought on years later to revisit thier memories one more time - a broken down, battered, crazed old Mankind taking on his eternal tormentor the Undertaker one more time on what seems like a suicide mission and WINNING, ending the streak and putting the Undertaker away for good, would have been a brilliant, poetic way to do it.
Ah well, it'll make good fanfiction or something.

Lesnar.
Since that will never happen, maybe Austin or the Rock come back to do it. Or Angle returning from TNA.

Kane or Mark Henry. Kane just because, and Mark Henry to maybe give him a boost for a world title run before he hangs it up.

So I spent a few minutes scanning old ppv results just to get a decent sampling of people who've beaten the Undertaker. With that in mind, I think my choice to break the streak would have to be D-Von Dudley.
Seriously, though, here's a list of people who have beaten Taker on PPV at some point. This is actual wins, not eliminations or any such alternative:
Vader, Shawn, Rock, Kurt Angle, Vince, Kennedy, Batista, JBL, Edge, Dudley Boyz, Cena, Trips, Goldust, Bret, Jeff Jarrett, Austin, Brock, Randy and Cowboy Bob Orton, Big Show, CM Punk.
Depending on how we contextualize it, the answer would be different. I think that, if Randy Orton had beaten Taker at WM at the height of his Legend Killer phase, he'd have been able to make it work. Nothing would have been wrong with Shawn beating Taker at Mania XXV. But I think I'd almost rather have had Taker lose to Jake Roberts at WrestleMania VIII or to Yokozuna at X. It's a preemption of the streak, I guess. Makes it so that the Streak isn't bigger than a man or a company.

Kane but only if he and Undertaker transform into their next most powerful forms like 3 times the entire match ala DBZ.
