Weren't Shane and Stephanie at some point those 2 fans who were Undertaker's "Creatures of the Night"? I'm sure I heard it somewhere. All the PPV shows I have around 93 when they appeared, have 2 people who don't look like either of them. And of course, Shane was a referee who can be seen in quite a few shows around late 89/early 90.
And who could forget Linda McMahon down on all fours barking like a dog?

Also, while not quite the same, recall seeing a special on Discovery once that had a group of wrestlers being trained and such, and one of them was Cena. I remember that special, too. I think one of the girl wrestlers ended up doing the HLA segment. Here's Kennedy getting squashed by Sean O'Haire. Oh and now I remember the missed potential of O'Haire.

Melina briefly appeared on Raw in late 2004, during the time that Team Orton was running Raw. She was involved in some sort of contest(lingerie?) with Orton, then Jericho's "rock 'n' roll limbo" contest the following week.

Paul London was a random fan who was assaulted during the Undertaker/Ric Flair feud in early 2002. ...can't remember which one smacked him around, though. Flair accidentally punched London when aiming for Undertaker. 1:37

I remember that - her debut was basically the precursor to Primo's.

I watched my Judgment Day 2005 DVD and the sequence with Booker and Sharmell in the locker room, I noticed that the guy who played Big Dick Johnson was the guy who delivered the gifts to Sharmell.
