Take a knee...another victory! For LT.
...I'm indifferent to the Jets, but I felt compelled to throw that out there.

Welllllll, at least one New York football team didn't embarrass the Tri-State area with crappy football.
Gritty win for the Jets, defense stepped up when it counted. Though the question must be asked of who the starting RB is.

Alright, so I missed the game last night because I felt like complete shit. Now that I feel better, and I looked at a summary of the game, there is one thing I have to say, and it may have already been said in the last thread:
Why the f*** did they let Braylon Edwards play last night?
I don't know exactly when he was put in I know he played at least the second half, considering he had a TD pass in the 3rd. And I know that the NFL can't discipline him, but I wish the Jets actually had the decency to not play him, considering what could have happened if he hadn't been stopped.

What makes the Payton think he'll get someone better? Didn't Washington have an issue like that last year? Also, which one of these three teams do you feel deserves a win, and which one would you rather see at the #1 Pick in next year's draft? *Buffalo *Cleveland *Detroit I have to go with the Lions. After 0-16, you just want to see SOME success.

Buffalo and Cleveland need the pick more. Detroit's not that far off. Bills and Browns need a QB.

If Stafford didn't get hurt, I thought they could win up to 7 games this season, if breaks went their way (which clearly the Chicago game showed wouldn't happen). They're assembling one of the funnest teams for the future. If they could take advantage of the injuries and schedule, and somehow get the #1 pick again with all the talent they've already amassed? They'll be really fun to watch, really soon man.

nfl.com is reporting that the Bills released Trent Edwards Not undeserved, but surprising nonetheless. The year's already a write-off and the team will struggle with Fitzpatrick/Brohm, but my question is why wasn't this decision made earlier? Surely, there hasn't been a great drop-off in play since last season and now. This is Trent Edwards. I don't know why the QB situation wasn't addressed at the Draft, in the off-season, or when the first round of cuts were made and guys like Leinart became available. As a Bills fan, I'm way too used to this nonsense.
