Druids are always there when he needs them same with caskets. Does he have a large U-Haul he takes to each town?
For example: How did he know he was gonna need druids to push the casket down to the ring last week? Or when Mark Henry attacked him in 2007 and Edge cashed in on him, Druids were there to carry him out on their shoulders. Bearer may have rounded them up last week but they couldn't have known they would be needed for the incident in 2007 (Unless Edge called them ahead of time and they didn't feel like letting Taker know)
What do druids do when they are not serving The Undertaker? Do they go to catering?
Did any other Smackdown superstar see Paul Bearer last week backstage when he was looking for the Undertaker or did he happen to know where Taker was sitting around listening to Simple Plan?

He just does magic from outside the ring. It's very discreet, so you don't notice it on TV.

The Druids is a union gig and he just places a call to the local chapter in whatever town he happens to need 'em in.

The powers of the dark side know no bounds. He could probably make things materialize out of thin air.

Magic unfortunately explains it in the kayfabe world. But I like the idea that he has a giant u haul van with the druids, paul bearer, and caskets shoved in it.

Pretty sure he just mind controls random people backstage and dresses them up in robes.

"What a mark..." Just kidding and to answer your question, I think McCool carries it all in return for her stranglehold on the Diva's championship.

When the druids briefly switched sides to Kane you could see that the Undertaker was weakened and coughing a lot, that was probably due to him having to lug the caskets around and accidentally letting the smoke machine off in the truck.
I think the druids worship him and do anything he wants but briefly went to a false idol, on the whole they've been waiting centuries for their master and don't question him, not even about why he uses his powers on wrestling or why he abandoned them to drive a motorbike.

Actually this is just a place for his stuff, ya know? That's all, a little place for his stuff. That's all he wants, that's all he needs in life, is a little place for his stuff, ya know?

They sit backstage. Playing board or card games. They can be a rowdy bunch at times. Several times Big Show had to yell will you guys be quiet?

He brings all of druids via Pokeballs, and all of the equipment via Capsules like in Dragon Ball Z.

They should so have the Druids shown in the background of their walking in the hallway shots sometimes... Just talking to other people or something I think it would be great

My kayfabe view of the druids is that they are part of a secret society aimed at protecting the Undertaker and his powers, as well as performing ceremonial duties for big events in the Undertaker's battles.
This secret society has members all over the world and can convene within minutes of need.
