Good on the kid. Y'all need to be stop being jealous because he's already achieved more success than any of you could in 15 lifetimes.
I support this move, and it's not like there haven't been God awful National Anthem'ers before. It's like 5 minutes you can skip easily. No need to start a hate campaign over the (not so) poor kid.

I'm still waiting for Eminem to show up at Wrestlemania and battle rap against John Cena.

That's terrible yet at the same time hilarious. I hope he does a duet with Hornswoggle.

Good for him. It puts him along side Aretha Franklin and Ray Chrales, puts him in front of a ton of peple, and he'll get paid.
I don't mind Justin Beiber. There is only two things I don't like about him:
1) He never set out to be a singer. I think he said he wanted to play Hockey when he grows up.
2) He only appeals to young teenage girls. All I want is a little edgier (not Miley Cyrus "Can't Be Tamed" edgier)song to shut all the 30-yr old haters on the internet up.
So if he will, good for him. If he doesn't, we'll find someone else.

Bieber is Bieber. I laughed when he got smacked in the head with a water bottle, but I haven't gone on a tyrade on the little kid.
I have never enjoyed the National Anthems. Unless it's some punk band, or a post-hardcore, I wouldn't care. So I'm just gonna take a piss break when that happens, like I do every Wrestlemania.

It's not against the kid: it's an inappropriate choice for an event that is not only mostly-male driven, but is just not popular choice all the way around. I'd rather have Lady Gaga sing the anthem.

(sorry for double post) At the NASCAR Nationwide race in Montreal, they sung the AMERICAN national anthem. I don't care if the kid is Canadian in this case, or one of many different African dialects.

Well NASCAR is an American company so they can decide whatever they want. I don't know if the canadian crowd accepted it though. I do remember when Lillian Garcia sang the Canadian Anthem in the live show I went, The crowd was booing her. The again, I guess it's because it's Lillian.

Who sang it this year? I was there, but can't remember, I must have been at the bar or something.

Good on him, I guess. The kid IS considerably talented, given that he can sing, dance, and beat the shit out of a set of drums. And he seems genuinely humble about it all, so I have no problem with this, even if I don't care for his music or his coven of shrieking tween fans. My only problem is that nobody can talk about music anymore without bringing him up in a derogatory fashion (i.e., go to any music video on YouTube, any video at all, and you're likely to see a comment to the effect of "See? Now this is some REAL music. Not like that Justin Bieber douche."). I don't know why people have to keep bringing him up. I don't remember any other act catching as much shit simply for existing as this kid.
That said, I can definitely see why they're doing it, but it would make more sense being Bieber if WM were in Canada this year. But I guess they're trying to strike while the iron is hot. You know, the opposite of what they usually do with their Superstars.

Not like he will Roseanne Barr it. No he won't, but facts are facts: his demo is pre-teen girls and the wrestling demographic now seems to be pre-teen BOYS. That's a huge difference, and a one that this audience will not take kindly to.

I think it would be a good thing for WWE that might draw some mainstream attention but probably not much and I don't think Beiber would do it.
